Seibertron.com has just been informed that BTS.TOY has posted a few more images of the prototype trailer to go with the Transformers Classics Universe Optimus Prime figure. These images show better angles and lighting, really accentuating the features of the testshot trailer:

It's starting to grow on me. I like the fact that there's articulation at the joint between the cab and trailer. From the hinges on the trailer, it seems that the bay doors open and the sides fold down. I'm kinda tweaked to see what's inside.

sweet, its even going to have the G1 sticker detail down each side with the autobot logo
i see roller is actaully the bk wheels which is weird
its different as its not the standard box trailer with all that front detail. at first glance i was taken bk by how far bk the trailer sits with prime but not so much now, as the fact it turns unlike magnus lol
its defo a nice addition and lookin forward to it like many others

could that prototype Roller we saw earlier for this trailer actually form the wheels of said trailer prior to transformation? If so, there must certainly be something inside rather interesting. Not likely the Powermaster Armor I keep hoping for, which would likely make it that drone robot thingy from his combat deck.

Putting the Autobot logo on it would not at all be a smart move on their part...FansProject was smart enough to avoid doing anything they could get sued over with City Commander...

Don't like it. Looks out of place. The Ultra Magnus trailer had the same wheels and was low to the ground like the figure. This trailer looks like it belongs in a different toyline altogether.

Sure about that? A little black & silvery paint and it would match as far as the wheels go. And remember that those trailer wheels are just doubling in those photos; Once transformed they're the wheels for Roller.

Yup, almost the same company. I was told a member left or something, so they changed their name.
Theres a very good reason Roller is the wheelbase of the trailer.

I think I'll wait and see if FansProject decide to make their Prime trailer that they showed the concept art for as this one looks dodgy.

This one looks like a big pass for me. Hopefully Fanproject will produce a trailer that works similar to the City Commander trailer only it makes God Ginrai. Just my hope. If not, I can live without a trailer for my Prime.

Well the new pictures make it look a little bit better. But I'm gonna pass on it.
My Prime will remain trailerless unless Fans Project produces theirs. Until then I'm just gonna pretend my Classic Prime has left his trailer in subspace.

this loks great part g1 other half headmaster trailer want to see whats inside of it does anyone know if this going to be limited edition or not?
i perfer if nots limited edition & they make a big supply demand of this thing just like master piece roller

I'm on the fence so far. I want to see how the colours look.
And for those of you complaining that the trailer's not close to the ground like Magnus's is, let's look at the original figures shall we?
Prime's trailer - notice that it is way back and off the ground, much like this version:
Ultra Magnus - notice the trailer rides closer to the cab, and is low to the ground, much like City Commander:

FansProject has never really announced their trailer anywhere officially under their current name. The teaser images are from a year ago, before the group came to be called "FansProject". Since then, they've announced other projects, even showing a teaser for a Rodimus Prime upgrade kit for Classics Rodimus (poster shown at TFCon with Rodimus and the name "Protector"). At this point, its probably a good idea to throw their version of the trailer in with the rumoured PowerMaster armor, which they also never announced or said anything about.
As for the BTS trailer, I would expect the quantities to be large, since almost more people have the Classics Optimus or Henkei Convoy compared Ultra magnus repaint. It probably won't be "mass produced" like Hasbro's toys, but enough quantities, that if you preorder it, you'll get one. With the type of nature this product has, if you want one, you should preorder it, since there will be tons of scalpers buying multiples knowing the aftermarket price will go up once released.
