Amazon Germany has listed a pre-order for a special edition Transformers Dark of the Moon Blu-ray two disc set that comes in a transforming Megatron case similar in style to the transforming Optimus Prime and Bumblebee cases from the previous two movies home releases. The special edition is priced at 31,99 Eur and scheduled to release on November 10th. If you visit the product page they have video showing of the transforming case. Still no word on what kind of exclusives and special editions we can expect domestically.

If it were tanker truck megs, I wouldn't mind so much.
Hey, you know what would be cool? if hasbro actually put all their Plastic focus on the upcoming toys! or at least include a unique mechtach weapon with the DVD case.

Ah, I'm lucky to not have any of the transforming cases, so I didn't know it was the same. And your idea of a new Mechtech weapon is a good GREAT idea. Another fun one would be more of the Robot Heroes like what Best Buy did with the first movie. I love those little guys...

Assuming this will be a Target exclusive again since the previous two were. I will certainly pick it up since I got the previous two. My son was actually "really" playing with the case and he broke Prime's case a little bit. They are now as high as possible so he cannot reach it.

Yes, Germany decided to drop the under title.

Why would amazon fake this?

Well, BD is the new format meant to replace DVDs, so it makes sense to have all the special versions be BD.
