Thanks to a heads up from Seibertronian cdavid3, we have news that the Transformers Movie Anniversary Edition Optimus Prime, the Amazon exclusive figure, is on sale right now for $65.91, which is $14, or about 18%, cheaper than the original price. The figure is a repaint of the original 2007 leader class figure, using the original blaster with launching projectile. The figure features some new chromed parts and lights and sounds. It is also available for free shipping.

The 2007 Optimus leader is an AMAZING toy. However, there's WAY cheaper options than this repaint. Mainly the original release or even the vastly superior Premium edition.

Any fan of good transformers toys who have some spare change should have/get the mold (any editions) to try it out.

We have had several reports of this and now that Canada has joined in, it seems like a big chunk of North American Walmarts have rolled back their prices for several Transformers items.

In the US, it seems it is mainly with the Robots in Disguise line with reports of Warrior class toys being found for $9 USD.

Canada has had a more sweeping rollback with the movie toys being reduced to better reflect their prices in the US market. So leaders going from $69.97 to $54.86 ($42.74 USD), voyagers going from $39.99 to $29.86 ($23.26 USD), and deluxes going from $29.99 to $22.86 ($17.81 USD).

The most Combiner Wars Boxsets have lowered to $109.97 CAD while the exclusive Platinum Autobots set has decreased by $50, making it $149.97 CAD.

Finally, the deluxes and voyagers from Titans Return have lowered to $14.92 and $22.97 CAD respectively.

We must remember that all these prices being lowered coincide with each of these lines ending and thus will most probably not reflect what the prices of the upcoming new lines will be.

Look like the usual sales for Walmart. Nothing TrU ever did. In fact, Transformers have been on sale WAY more often at TrU than Walmart. Well, maybe THIS time I'll finally get Steelbane before missing out. I even have a whole bottle of Pledge Floor Finish at the ready. I don't think I'll ever see movie deluxes on sale at 10$ anyway. So might as well buy now.

Great for Canada. No rollbacks here in Illinois. I have yet to see Twin Twist, Misfire, Wingblade, and Overload here either. My stores are full of movie wave 1. We got 1 case...1 stupid case of wave 2 movie that I know of out of 5 Walmarts in the area. That same Walmart, that got single wave 2 case, got a wave 3 case 3 days later and I missed everything. Hasbro distribution sucks. My Walmart/Target toy sections are run by complete idiots, and the fandom just isn't here to support my secondary plastic crack addiction. Hasbro distribution is just of many of my 1.001 + reasons to leave this rotting cesspool of a State. I'd leave if I could....the job and insurance are decent for my area and stupid me...I bought a house because it was cheaper than renting. :BANG_HEAD:

If you ever missed your chance at picking up the wolf/tank/ship/armored car/submarine (totally not an upside down gun) which also turns into a robot in its spare time, and its Titan Master partner Decepticon Revolver (like the gu-- submarine), this may the be the last call before the upcoming holiday period!

I don't know if this counts as a sighting, but WalMart has got Leader Class Hasbro Sixshot on a clearance sale of the REALLY low price of $25.09.

It might be worth getting hold of now, if you missed him earlier.

By way of FURY413, we have learned that store chain Meijer has created a new sale this week for another Buy One, Get One 50% off when it comes to select Transformers for its stores this week. This BOGO ad is running through November 12th to November 18th, so it is best to hurry while you still can and of course while supplies last! I've been seeing Six Shot for quite a while at our local Walmarts and Targets, probably just spotty regional distribution.

I found a returned Six Shot at a local salvage store not too long ago. It was in perfect shape and complete.

Over the years I've found that finding TFs is truly a YMMV kinda deal. Whatcha going do :-?

The cool thing about this figure is that it has a grand total of six modes, something we do not see very often with Transformers figures. Six Shot even comes with Decepticon Revolver as his titan master. This figure is on clearance for $25.09 and was originally on sale for $38.24. With Titans Return coming to a close in favor of the new Power of The Primes series this might be your last chance to get one. By way of Seibertronian itscramtastic we have found that it looks like Walmart wasn't the only one to do a sale for Transformers: Titans Return Leader class Sixshot, Amazon is another store offering a deal for this Decepticon six changer! He is one of the three Decepticon Phase-Sixers (if you follow the IDW comics) produced for the wave along with Overlord and Skyshadow. Right now he is marked down to $25.09 USD as well like the offer on Walmart's end. If you got the funds and the shelf space, while ultimately lacking the figure, go ahead and snag him up before you cannot get him! Year of the Monkey Optimus Primal, for a measly $29.99 at Ross! Once I figure out how to transfer photos from my phone to the computer, I'll post some evidence. In the mean time, keep your eyes peeled.
