We have some exciting news, Transformers fans! Just a few weeks after the official reveal of Transformers: SIEGE Deluxe Greenlight, complete with Combiner Wars/Power of the Primes style combiner compatibility, we have confirmation that Hasbro will indeed complete the female Autobot combiner, formerly (and informally) known as "Elita Infin1te." Seibertron.com member Survivefan23 has tipped us off to some classified files from none other than Teletraan 1! Want in? First, go to Hasbro's official Transformers website HERE and click on "Decode Message." Next, choose "Enter Access Code." When prompted, type in "LANCER." You'll be taken to a Data File on... Greenlight!? That's NOT the part of this reveal that's particularly interesting, though. We know Greenlight is coming and that she will be a modern combiner limb. What's more interesting is the unlocked "Item 2" below, pictured below. It depicts a fully combined female Autobot combiner, with Elita-1 as the torso and Moonracer, Novastar, and Greenlight as limbs, along with a fourth limb that remains "Classified." Its silhouette is still consistent with the rest of the female Autobot team so far, though, so it likely shares a basic mold with the other Deluxe female Autobot figures released so far. Since the code word to find this information was "Lancer," it's not too much of a stretch to guess that is the identity of this classified fourth limb. We already know it won't be Chromia, as she is being released in Deluxe Wave 2 of SIEGE without combiner compatibility. Take a look at the schematic below for "Orthia." Yes, it seems the Elita-1 combiner is not named "Elita Infin1te" afterall, or maybe that name only applies when anyone but her designated team is used in combination with her, akin to how Scattershot can either form "Computron" with the rest of the Technobots or "Betatron" when combined with any other figures. Take a look at the schematics below, which also show the official configuration of the limbs for combiner Orthia.
As a bonus, Survivefan23 has provided us with the access codes for several other Transformers: SIEGE figures on the Teletraan 1 site. Each provides you with a short date file on each character, just as with Greenlight.

I like how the codes are throw backs in some cases like Magnus's being the Forge of Solus. As for Orthia, where does that name come from? Is there any G1 link with that name?

That is a really cool reference and very appropriate given the theme of the combiner!
Some bonus trivia. The new name for the combination, Orthia (replacing the earlier Elita Infinite), is thought to derive from a Greek goddess Orthia / Artemis Orthia. Artemis is closely associated with the hunt, and the Sanctuary of Artemis Orthia was located in Sparta and represented the coming together of the four villages that made up the citystate. Sparta was a citystate known for its warriors, with its best known pop culture Spartans including Kratos of the God of War series and Leonidas from 300. The fact the name references a sanctuary associated with four villages coming together to form a state known for its warriors is a great way to reference four robots coming together to make a super robot combiner. Thanks to Purple Heart on the TFW2005 boards for sleuthing that one.

I wonder if we can find a fan transformation for SIEGE Chromia to turn her into a weapon for Orthia, kind of like how Piranacon could wield an extra sixth member of the Seacons as a Targetmaster? It would be nice to get the whole female Autobot team together in Orthia and not leave Chromia the odd one out.

At least Elita will have the entire team. I wonder why they chose Lancer to be the limb over Chromia. Is it because Chromia is better known? Why didn't they just make both of them limbs, so they can be interchangeable?

I’m personally okay with his size for the price. It’s like a Studio Series Blackout situation. An arguably Voyager size robot at a leader price. I don’t mind Leaders being short, as long as they look good

Considering her alt mode is basically a stick with wheels, I could totally see this. If you attach her accessories a certain way, she could probably serve as some kind of big gun. Time will tell, I suppose.

I’m totally spit balling. But in IDW didn’t Chromia and Ironhide have a thing? I know her and Windblade were like on&Johnson for a while. So I think they wanted her in Siege, and as we found out they had plenty of ammo for the other limbs.
That said.... I want a Walgreens exclusive repaint for Combiner Chromia lol

So I was reminded of this by Itscramtastic today: https://transformers.hasbro.com/en-us/teletraan1 : and decided to go play and enter in the codes form the deluxe boxes I still amazingly have. That got me wondering about the other ones I don't have. Hit the old google search to cheat. Then I noticed there are 51 releases scheduled for 2019, I'm sure this is old news but

Well, Lancer is orange and purple...so, you almost get your wish.
Elita One got pretty good distribution eventually. She was not too difficult to find. On the other hand, Moonracer was still pretty scarce, due to being short packed in her only wave of distribution, and THAT wave being seemingly short packed itself. Did everyone find Firestorm who wanted her? I never saw her on the pegs out in the wild, but got her from Amazon instead.
Ironhide and Chromia had a thing back in G1 too, just like Inferno and Firestar. Check the last few minutes of the season 2 episode "The Search for Alpha Trion."

Guess I better jump now while I can.
I thought Moonracer was repacked in a later wave? I remember seeing her, she vanished then I picked her up much later. Hell I saw one at Target on clearance just last week. I've seen plenty of Firestorm at both Target and Walmart.
EDIT: Siege figures back on HTS, deluxes are still 9.99 but out of stock.

Slipstream or Lyzack from Elita 1. They'd used Starscream's Null Rays instead of the weapons that came with Elita 1 though.
Nightracer, Shadow Striker, Nightbird and Dark Nitro Convoy all from the Moonracer base mold. I tried to keep it "G1" themed but the Moonracer mold would look so good as Dark Nitro Convoy. Others could be Freezon and Flamewar instead of Dark Nitro Convoy. Moonracer would look just as good as Flamewar even though she's normally a motorcycle. I noticed that most of the motor vehicle based female Decepticons are colored predominately black. It's be like Megatronia all over again. Black limbs and a differently colored torso.
The Seige Air Strike Patrol could be used for Blackout and Spaceshot so the combiner can have a sword...knife.
I really miss the original Universe line and all it's random redecos. The CW style figures lend themselves so well to that. I just want a million combiners, even if they use the same 20 something base molds over and over.
Now we need a Decepticon version lol.

There are 51 spots for figures (technically there isn't spots for anything below deluxe). I didn't see the TFW post until after I went to the official web page and got curious. There is some pretty good speculation over there.

I noticed that most of the motor vehicle based female Decepticons are colored predominately black. It's be like Megatronia all over again. Black limbs and a differently colored torso.
The Seige Air Strike Patrol could be used for Blackout and Spaceshot so the combiner can have a sword...knife.
I really miss the original Universe line and all it's random redecos. The CW style figures lend themselves so well to that. I just want a million combiners, even if they use the same 20 something base molds over and over.
That sounds nice but I'd prefer they give us limbs to finish off KingScream and Inferno's Combiner.

I don't understand why the had to make chroma not a combiner even though they used that very same mold as moonracer and novastar but go ahead and make green light and Lancer as a combiner using that same mold

You are not alone. Until just recently I was quite disappointed. But now knowing at least the Female Autobot team will have a proper combiner , it isn't quite as bothersome. I guess Hasbro figured if they were going to release all 6 female Auotobots, one was going to have to be made a smaller legends figure, or left out entirely.

So, I've just been playing around over at https://transformers.hasbro.com/en-us/teletraan1 off and on all day. Here have some Greenlight info. I know it was newsed, but I'm just getting around to it.
Been looking at the emblems and it appears she is also a sergeant in the infantry. This is the toyline that just keeps on giving. Named weapons, units, ranks, fun stuff to unlock.
EDIT: well maybe not, appears to be some inconsistencies here.
Which matches Skytread's online, but doesn't match the one on his box or the style of the other Decepticons.
Speaking of the 'Cons, their emblems are a little more complicated than the Autobots.

S oI got megs and prime today from hts; megs is great, a big solid voyager and his neck platform is tight, if not a little baffling that they couldn't add anything to keep it stable in bot mode 
And prime would be a runaway hit if his roof wasn't warped; so, all in all, not quite the over-hyped masterpiece he could've been, but I respect the design
I'll probably be swapping him out as soon as I find the voyagers at retail

So now, I'll have Wreck Gar, Jazz, Ricochet, Sunstreaker, and Prowl to choose from for Infernocus/Sky Reign. with 1 left over.

I highly doubt Hasbro is going to make a Lancer figure just for the sake of giving fans another all female combiner. I don’t think Hasbro has much faith that the female figures they produce are even going to sell well. Moonracer was shortpacked and Novastar came in a wave that Hasbro knew many retailers would skip, so there’s probably a lot less Novastars made than say, Sinnertwins, because of this. Plus, with the way Greenlight is packaged, I wouldn’t expect her to be as plentiful as say, Chromia- who herself is included in a wave which retailers often neglect- and I expect Chromia to also be shortpacked as well.
I’m guessing that Orthia’s right leg is classified because it’s just Hasbro’s way of saying “you can put whoever you want in this spot, kids.”

Considering the fan votes where a female was involved has the female winning 2 of the 3 (Windblade and Victorion) and the 3rd was beaten by the Beast Era, and considering they are gradually giving us more girls, such as in cyberverse and even the mainline Generations line, I think the girls are doing well.
Moonracer was shortpacked with Blackwing cause the remaining 3 were Dinobots and Terrorcons, 2 that had set combiners being sold in the line. And she was included in revision waves and i think pretty much everyone got the Novastar they wanted, and there are no reports of her or Moonracer sitting on shelves anywhere.
And Greenlight is going to be much like Red Swoop and Ricochet, an exclusive, cause we are getting more of these now, and those exclusives are pandering to us who want things like to finish the teams. And considering the picture with 4 of the same mold, I would highly doubt Lancer isn't coming. and Classified most likely means "You'll get the reveal soon, maybe at Toy Fair"

Whether Shockwave is worth $50 really depends on what $50 is worth to you. I've enjoyed him a lot. I like his accessories, and am convinced there's a way to make a lab-assistant drone with the parts.
