I really hope this person is just a bit dim and it's not actually that hard to put the headmasters in.

Having the voyager brainstorm, and with the small balljoints in the headmasters, I use extreme caution when interacting with the headmaster, so, I'll be just as cautious with these new ones...

Speaking of Voyager Brainstorm, I got him off the shelf in preparation for the return of the titans. He surprisingly made me even more excited for it! 
I'll probably be displaying him at the back, I don't really mind that he's bigger. Still hope to get that deluxe, though...

But are you guys ok with him having a mouth instead of a faceplate? Because if takara does do him, they will surely give him the show accurate head.

Uh, yeah... I literally have no connection to him, not from the g1 cartoon, nor the japanesse one, nor the comics, so yeah - that plus the fact that it would further differentiate it from my voyager class one

There's one thing to consider as a potential obstacle that could sway Takara against releasing Deluxe Brainstorm in the Legends line: They've already released a Brainstorm toy, the Voyager, in the Legends line previously. Unlike with Hasbro's constant revamping the Generations line with phase after phase of new themes, Takara's Legends line is all one and the same line with no such segments and phases. Takara might feel content with the previous Legends Brainstorm release and decide that releasing the Deluxe in the same line would be redundant.
...Unless they pull a LG-EX Rattle and release the Deluxe Brainstorm as another LG-EX style exclusive to make more special than the previous one, but I doubt many of us Westerners would find favor in that option.

I seem to remember a pic of Voyager Brainstorm using the head of the TR Deluxe. It was just resting there, didn't seem obviously connected. Remember RiD Megatron & Fortress Maximus? Same thing.

I thought that at first, but there's one very important thing to argue against that.
Takara's Voyager Brainstorm is not Headmasters-accurate.
They're giving Headmasters-accurate heads for everyone. Hardhead, Skullcruncher, Weirdwolf, Cerebros; all that jazz. And it'd be very weird for them to have Headmasters-accurate Deluxe Chromedome, Hardhead and Highbrow without a Headmasters-accurate Deluxe Brainstorm. The Voyager sticks out like a sore thumb.
It's not like it's without precedence anyway. If they wanna have Deluxe Brainstorm, they'll have Deluxe Brainstorm.
