Lego Soundwave Rumoured to Come out in 2025

This I could see being pretty good. He can have a simple transformation if they choose which should lend itself well to both his signature look and transformation.

He is a lego brick. Obvious choice.

I can get behind a Lego Soundwave. Especially because the base design is so blocky. If he come with a Lego Lazerbeak/Buzzsaw and Ravage, it may be the first TF Lego set I'd buy.

We finally have images for Lego's next Transformers project, Soundwave. We can see both the robot mode and alt mode, which he transforms into, along with Laserbeak and Ravage who also transform. He even comes with a mini version of his alt mode self for display purposes. The set comes out August 1st and will retail for 179.99 USD. With a piece count of 1502, this makes him quite expensive.

I'm going to assume this will be like the other two sets, and go on sale multiple times. I might regret it but I'll wait for the price to come down.

All TF Lego sets are still available long after they came out and they went on sale often. At that price and this availability, I'll not be FOMOing.

Even though I haven’t had Lego since I was a kid, this is, surprisingly, tempting me quite a lot. Soundwave looks awesome!

But to grumble: I wish all the Cassetticons came with him. I didn’t think they would, but that would’ve been great.

At least by having Laserbeak, if he doesn't use any new/special parts, it may be possible to just order the specific bricks needed in Buzzsaw colors. I will probably do this once I have him.

Good eyes, the lower right corner of the front also says Sound Brick, so I definitely think he has either some voice clips and/or maybe the transformation sound.

Lego Soundwave is upon us. The page on the Lego site is live, offering lots of images and even videos where we can listen to the sounds it makes, thanks to a Soundwave coloured sound brick. The sounds including him saying "Soundwave" in that distinct robotic voice as well as the theme music to Transformers.
