Now that TFC Toys Mad Blender is out in the wild the first in-hand images of the fully combined Hercules have started to pop up. The Transformers Galaxy Hong Kong Fans Group have posted a nice gallery of the fully combined figure in a number of dynamic poses to show off it's range of articulation. We've mirrored their images below.

Holy Crap that's a thing of beauty!!!

That heavylabor fix is going to be needed for those poses. I can hardly wait for my last two to turn up - so glad I went the Herc route.... :APPLAUSE:

AWESOME!!!

The next person to post pics of this I would love to see this big guy standing next to the original G1 Devastator or Omega Supreme (or both). I think people would like to see more size comparison pics instead of just of the figure alone. Let's see him standing next to Unicron or even G1 Fort Max.

I hope Maketoy is ready to really wow us. Be it despite, or because the first run is yellow.

There was a picture not long ago of him next to Unicron (IIRC Herc's a smidge shorter).

Two more to go.

Is it wrong of me to anticipate this more than I have most HasTak toys from the last 6mths?

Depends where you shop. Don't trust rip off site BBTS for these guys. RobotKingdom has them at $79.90 each and can get a full set of Hercules in one order for $508.10. $28.70 of that is shipping. It comes in at $479.40 before shipping. Beat that BBTS.

It looks nice but for that price I'd want better looking individual robots (the gaps in the knees of the two with track-legs is really lame) and MUCH better shoulder articulation.

Or try ACESTOYSTORE.COM..They have had all of the figures for 89.99 shipped from california for around 6 bucks and they all arrived within 3 days of ordering. I will agree with Robotkingdom though, they are pretty badass..

The only thing BBTS has going for them lately is the POL feature. It's super easy to just ship a ton of stuff for alot less..

What, no size comparison pics (in the main article I mean)? Size was one of the key factors Herc supporters were touting, so a plethora of pics with various figures would've been highly appreciated and logical.

Very happy I was an early adoptor of this set. Waiting a week until I get paid is going to be pure evil.

Not a bad plan if you can find them all in stock at the same time. For those of us in the U.S., shipping runs about $63.

Wow. Wow. Wooow. Jawdroppingly awesome. Why can't HasTak make something like this? If this were a MP transformer it would smoke everything. Pains me to say that, but its true -hah! Too bad on the price tag (80-100 for each guy?! *(%^&!!). If I ever quit Star wars collecting which I'm close to doing, i'd focus only on TF and this guy would be in my sights. But I absolutely don't have the budget for any figures right now. Wouldn't mind seein a video review of this bad boy.

There's plenty of paint on these infact. Probably just as much as official Hasbro figures. It's all in the details. Wouldn't make sense to produce figures in one colour if they're to be painted another. Pick one of them up and I think you'll be impressed.

I must say, this is looking pretty cool. These images have changed my perception of this set. Waiting until the second batch has proved advantageous because all of the minor QC issues will have been corrected. I will start checking TARGET, Wal-Mart, and Toys R Us for these today! :APPLAUSE:

Sweetie, they're online only. You see, these are items that are not produced by either Hasbro or Takara, so both can and will stop regular retail stores from stocking them.

You have no idea what you're talking about. These figures are loaded with detail and have plenty of paint applications.
Re: TFC Toys Hercules Fully Combined In-Hand Images (1335775)
Posted by OzziePrime on January 19th, 2012 @ 2:19pm CST
Agreed, that it is very detailed, yes, but using the slightly opaque plastic makes it look cheap. I think the molds are outstanding, don't get me wrong. But, the paint applications are minimal, using the coloured plastic as the basis of the figures colour scheme with a few panel highlights. Just like Hasbro does. For the money you pay, it should be nothing less than 50 percent paint. With even half detailed paint, this figure would be a site to behold but, alas, more cost cutting has produced a "could-be" awesome figure. It seems Hasbro has gotten people too used to A-grade figures with B-grade plastic....

Forget the gripes with paint - for the money people are paying there should be a lot more METAL parts. #-o   :KREMZEEK: But you know that ain't happenin

Totally! When did die-cast become so obsolete. Granted, if this thing had metal parts it would weigh a tonne, but the figures would be so much sweeter...

Why do people have so much hate for Hercules? It truly is a very sweek figure. Each bot has very nice design and detail and the transformations are fun and simple.

Completed my Hercules today. Fantastic figure! It's everything that I wanted when I was 5 years old. He just looks right. I think regardless if you go with Herc or Giant, you're going to be very happy. Hercules just hit my aesthetic better.

And you are really overrating die cast. I grew up with it, I'm happy without it in my toys today.

1st edition MP Prime without die-cast would be so weak though. The heft, sturdiness and overall feel of the metal used in that MP is excellent. All plastic G1 Tracks, Sideswipe (and Prime for that matter)?? Yuck. Blech

Unless I'm mistaken they're part of how the vehicle mode pegs together; the entire black part that the shoulders attach to rotates into different positions for different modes.
