Thank all of you for your patience. Considering how long everyone had waited for this game to change when I came on board, everyone has been more patient than I had hoped for.quetzalcoatl wrote:Hey OS, I guess you won't be needing that pepto as we discussed the other day. Sounds like you got a great thing going. Well done, and thanks for the hard work. We appreciate it.

As of next week (whichever day I am actually able to get it implemented), there will be a script run once a day that checks every character in the game and places them on the appropriate levels if they hit their level's XP cap.

OS - One thought I had, we have the progress bar now indicating how many upgrades until the next level, any chance of another progress bar for the xp limit?

Great question. If your character reaches the XP cap for a level the resetting of that character will only take him back to his lowest qualifying level.Netminder wrote:Omega Sentinel wrote:Players will no longer be able to indefinitely hang around in certain levels. If someone resets, how does this affect the script. If the script just ran, and Mr Y decides to reset his lvl 2 char back to its lvl 0 bully status, would the script keep his lvl at 2 or will the reset allow his char to be at lvl 0 for the day?

For instance: You have a character with 61,000 XP. When you reset him he goes down to a level 1 with 0 stats. There will be no way for you to take him down to level 0 again.

Well the trickle of small updates helps a lot, this way we know you're not slacking.![]()
Seriously though I'd rather wait for it to be properly completed than rushed and full of bugs.
