The only time my meat is well-done is when it's in a stew or something. .I don't care for tapeworm and all the maggots in my feces as long as the wife knows how to make a good carpaccio.

Ironically, since the mad cow drama a decade ago, our meat standards are now 10 times higher than they are anywhere in Europe (especially France...)

Then Y eat it if you know your gonna have some extra companions living inside of you for a while, feeding off the well-done meat you could have enjoyed, instead you'll eat it rare and all the parasites, and symbiotes will chew it up, and you'll diarhhea for a while buddy.

Northern Irish Beef is checked by us and so is at the same high standard as British, but the contaminated PORK came from the ROI.
