Autobots outnumber every other faction in the game. There were, last I checked, more Autobots then both 'con factions combined. You're going to have downtimes where competition is slim. Of course, when there is competition, you were hiding from it.

The reason

You'll note that there are almost 500 autobot commanders. 150 then the nearest faction, the Decepticons. You've got 2 and a half times the people of the maximals and five times the predacons. You're inevitably going to have times when there are not enough people on for you to fight.

Every time someone posts about how little beast faction members there are, it's another reason to cancel them

It's all about active players and with the furiousness you guys are jumping/recruiting preds you'd think you'd be able to amount a serious force of 24 hours a day preds.

You know that even when there was just two factions in the game, the bots still heavily outnumbered the cons right? Before the defection, it was basically 2:1 in favor of Bots. Even if you got rid of the beast factions right now, and put all the preds in the con faction and all the maximals in the bot faction, it'd still be about 700 bots to 450 cons.

It's the nature of the beast. People want to be the good guy and hero, even though they don't know what it really means to be either. It's why the Predacons and Decepticons will be the dominant faction in HMW, even with inferior numbers. It's why we were able to run off 7 wins and 8 of 10 against the Autobots during peek autobot time. You should remember that. You and Den-O where there in those missions getting stomped.

That Level 0 factor is precisely what's being referenced; you have your own Noob Zerg Swarm technique.

it takes skill to perform a proper zergling rush against a skilled player. L0's jumping in to the fray lack that required skill.

I'd rather have a few level 0's with me than no backup whatsoever.

Atleast you know what you are.

The reason I was posting those missions was an attempt to draw out some actual competition into the Pred/Bot missions. There's a reason I wasn't posting the Pred/Con and Pred/Maxi missions. Starlock and Rat Convoy show up in the Maxi missions. In any given mission against the cons, we're guarenteed a fight because they'll reinforce their members. But several of the higher Autobot players, like you and Den-O for instance, have been avoiding the Pred missions like the plague lately. If you want your lowbies to cut their teeth in missions, you need to back them up or they get destroyed.

The problem isn't that the 0's are backing them up. It's that the 0's aren't getting backup that they need. My girlfriend finally made a new team lastnight. Played about two-dozen missions. Won 74% of them as a 0 with no upgrades because she was joining missions where the Predacon's were in force, with high 1s and low 2s.

Too much water makes me Linda Blair the toilet. And you're so incredibly wrong about your second point. So very very wrong. Maybe normal levels of consumption you'd be right about, but yeah not the way I party.

If you drink enough to pass out and are ripe for medical treatment, you won't feel/remember anything the next day, trust me.
