Initial disclaimer: We = The Mods and testing staff, not OS. He will always know better then us and will chip in if i'm mistaken, but ill try and answer these as best I can from what I know.

All that stuff is found in battles, mostly looted from corpses, and can then be converted directly to energon or sold/traded/used at a shop.

The alt scanning has yet to be explained, but I would hypothesise think you will have a list relevant to the bot mode you chose, and you would gain access to more the same way as loot would be gained. (i.e. pried from your opponents cold dead fingers)

There will be many types of battle in HMW2, both against players and against Mobs in varying styles, it will be much less limiting that it was, and certainly better then it is now.

That 1/2000 chance to lose the Gestalt key is low, but if a big-bad gets dropped and loses its combining ability I would imagine the commander would spend quite a few hours in tears.

All loot will come from a loot table and not from player's bots. All loot will have a chance x/x to drop.

In all honesty, I think people who say they are gonna love it or they are gonna loath it are gettign a little ahead of themselves at this juncture. I mean, there's no way at all that a youtube teaser will ever really give us an idea of how fun it will be to play, and no dropped information at this juncture can really tell us about the overall experiance (no matter how much I have wanted some of this in the current version).

It is however possible to be very excited and or unexcited about it.

I'd say Im looking foward to it. I've got some reservations, I've not liked everything I've heard, but I'm lookign foward to it.

Actually the nice thing about v2 is going to be that it's modular. It may or may not have everything implemented on first release but adding, changing and expanding the game is going the seamless.

And, for all of you that doubt what has been released I can personally confirm that about 95% has been the truth and the other 5% is partially true. ♠ :twisted:

Oh, I dont doubt anything that has been stated. Frankly I think none of you are stupid enough to promis things that you dotn think you can inpliment. What Im saying is most of theings you are promising are fluff around the edges, things that enhance, not make the gaming experiance. The thing Im most interested in, the actual gaming experiance, you cant big up really, you can only let us decide once it has started.

I hope it will be awesome. I also hope it wont diverge too far form HMW's orignal premis. Im looking foward to it, but for me to say it will be awesome or it will be rubbish is compelty unfounded speculation.
