I only transform most FP products just once to ensure they are not defective. Then in robot/combiner mode they stay. I have not seen City Commander in trailer mode since I took himm out of the box. Also never transformed Defender because he lookd delicate. His knees are still nice and tight.

He's not shipping yet because they (FP) are probably still boxing them. Super special people are given one extra early so they can make video reviews and tempt us to spend our money.

Yes. Yes it does. And I for one couldn't agree more. My biggest issue with scale is undoubtedly that every photo update brings with it another multi-page discussion on the topic.

As for FansProject's Combat Racing Team, I'm sure it's possible that the Stunticons could be done better than what FansProject have done here, but I honestly can't imagine how. They're beautiful. I find myself firmly subscribing to the theory that these are collector's pieces and not toys. I can sacrifice a bit of the fun aspect if it means having figures that look this amazing. I can appreciate that others won't feel that way, or maybe wonder why both aspects can't be achieved, but I'm OK with it.

I'm also OK with the sizes, in all modes. The cars size well with the Classics Seekers, and Diesel is looking like he'll do pretty well going up against Classics Optimus. My only complete gestalt so far is Hercules, so I suppose he's my yardstick by default.

To those who say FansProject's combiner figure sizes are too small, between FansProject and MakeToys the figures seem to have been subtly increasing in size with every set. It suggests they realised they'd maybe pigeon-holed themselves tailoring to the Energon combiners, and they're maybe trying to get out of it.

Intimidator/M3 seems to be slightly taller than Giant, but MT's Computron doesn't seem to be any bigger (from what I've seen). On the other hand, TFC's combiners have been getting bigger, and Warbotron's are even bigger than that.

As it is, my gestalt lineup (from smallest to biggest) will be Intimidator/M3. Hercules, & Feral Rex. I have no problem with the size differences among these 3, but I really hope future releases stay in this range.

I do find it funny that 3rd Party combiners have the opposite problem of Hasbro deluxes.

How many 3rd party companies are making Computron?

I'm hoping FP or MT creates a Abonimus.

I wish a 3rd party would create a deluxe sized BH Hun-Gurr. That can combine with the BH Legion sized Terrorcons.

Oh, those problems. I agree with both. I don't need friggin' huge combiners. Menasor here will be just fine. Not getting Warbotron either. And those Hasbro deluxes are way too small.

Every day this thing doesn't arrive in my POL, it looses more and more of my interest. Theres a point when you've seen enough pics and the damn thing just needs to be available already. Im more interested in Mania King to be honest.
