OK I got it now, thanks. On another note has anyone ever heard or bought from this http://completeseries.tv/gijoe.htm site? They have the entire GI Joe series on DVD for a much more reasonable price than what one season goes for on Ebay. I'm just not sure about quality and exactly what you're getting; (extra's, etc.) Any thoughts?

Except for the fact that it is not the complete t.v. series it is missing season three and four of the series. Because it only goes up to the movie that was the at the end of season two so your getting ripped off although for two full season I guess it is not that bad.

I don't even think Rhino finished Season 2. I sent them an e-mail to see what kind of set this is. I hope it's not a copy of a copy kind of deal.

Well I hope everything works out for you. Can't wait to see what new things are coming for G.I. Joe if the transformers announcement were any indication we fans of both lines are looking at one expensive year.

I was thinking the same thing. Last year Classics and Titanium ended with enough time to focus on the 25th Joe line since I was ignoring the movie line. Now that Universe will be running concurrent with the later waves of the 25th line including the DVD packs as well as new Macross Valkyries I'm concerned about what I'm going to have to do for $$$. It's going to be a long hard year.

I went to Toysrus today and they are charging a dollar more than last week. Singles that were $5.99 are now $6.99. Comic packs are now $10.99 before they were $9.99. Among others. They aren't moving as well as before. Didn't bought any. The heck with them. Unless it's a hard figure to find like Flint, LadyJaye, Snake eyes with timber wolf, Baroness, Zartan, Rock n' Roll, Pimp daddy Destro, etc. Then I would buy.

Prices go up and down at toy r us that is why if I can I do my shopping a target because there price remain the same reguardless of what is happening in the market.

Who is selling the figure three packs? I've been wanting to get the Crimson Guard one of those, but don't know which store has it.

I'm hoping this year won't end up being too expensive for me. This year i'll be buying alot from 4 toy lines instead of the 2 from last year. Last year it was just Star Wars and G.I. Joe with the occasional purchase of other toys, and this year I'll be buying Transformers Universe and Indiana Jones as well. Unfortunately it seems like prices are going to go up this year.

It looks like there will be some more vehicles, though they are unconfirmed. Here is a link to a Hisstank.com post about it.

I find it interesting that they are, if these are true, doing two SHARC re-issues, the second one with Deep Six--the proper pilot, and two HISS re-issues, the second one with proper driver.

Very odd. A firebat would be extremely out of left field. I can't imagine how fast it would be gone from shelves for troop building. :shock:

According to Hasbro Toy Shop, its actually NOT Rip It in the HISS, but rather a new troop as an homage to him. Its actually the HISS Commander (I think), so, yay, troop building was just made a bit easier!

I’ve been a little curious, how big of a 25th Cobra army you guys have (grunts that is)? So far I have:

x1 HISS and driver, x3 troopers, x1 Fred, x2 Crimson Guards, x1 Officer, x1 Legions trooper, x2 Air troopers.

Didn’t list Scarface since in reality he’s not a grunt. Man, I sure do hope I can find some Red ninjas soon!

I have fred VII crimson guard version ,crimson guard single pack, crimson guard troop builder 3 pack (toy r us exclusive), Nightwatch troop builder 5 pack (toy r us exclusive), hiss (target exclusive), 2 blue shirt cobra troopers, cobra striker driver, cobra air trooper which comprise my troopers at the moment.

Currently I have 2 Cobra Troopers, 1 Cobra Officer, 2 Cobra Air Troopers, 1 Red Ninja, 1 Fred, and 1 Crimson Guard.
I'm hoping to get some more of each to bulk up the forces, but they've dried up in my area.

10 officers, 5 Crimson Guards counting Fred, 5 pilots, 7 red Ninja's with Stormshadow being the the 8th and leader, 1 Driver, and I was pushing 30 Cobra soldiers last I counted, including the ones form multi-packs. Yes my Cobra army is sizable. I'll be adding a squad of B.A.T's and a number of Vipers soon.

I'm not big into troop building although I hope the rumors are true that some of the comic two pack figures will be released individually and that Fred is one of them; with a M-16/bayonet rifle. As for the different viper units:

KP Vipers- complete with dual spork attachments.

Munchie Vipers- for when the Cobra high command, well, get high.

Mental Health Vipers- Cobra Commanders private devision to help him get over the constant losses. They also moonlight with Destro when the Baroness kicks him out.

Party Vipers- they carry back packs like the Toxo Vipers but they're filled with Margaritas. Usually paired with a KP Viper.

Parade Viper- The guy at the end of the Cobra procession who has to sweep up the mess.

I went through yojoe.com and I may have missed a few. Vipers, Tele-Vipers, Ally Vipers, Ice Vipers, Techno-Viper, Secto-Viper, Toxo-Viper, Night-Viper, Laser-Viper, Rock-Viper, S.A.W.-Viper, Sludge Viper, Cobra Ninja-Viper(I hope they remake this one for the 25th Anniversary line since he's originally a repaint of Storm Shadow), Python Tele-Viper, Python Viper, H.E.A.T. If there are that many viper's I kind of think they would make for a pretty cool box set for the 25th anniversary line of figures. One of each of the different type of vipers in a cool box set kind of like they did for the first wave of cobra and joe figures.
