I see your point. Better to have the game 100% functional than to rush. I was just saying that maybe fundamentally changing the game and gameplay may be a little more than OS and the rest feel like tackling at the moment...

let me tell you a story to chill the bones, about a thing that i saw, one night wandering in the everglades, I'd one drink but no more; twas the Shards of Six tournie, it was meant to be the rectification to Dark Tidings, everything that went wrong there was gonna be sorted, no player posted missions, no cheating, it was all gonna be automated.

it crashed the game for about 3 months.

I started in mid-late 2005 and was at #27, so I imagine you're right. Tammuz and I were duking it out for which one was going to make it to #25 first.

To be honest, anybody active now should have *NO* problem hitting the top 100 teams, becuase I dont think there are enough seriously active players of HMW at any one time to stop you.

please dont bring the game back till its 100% working id rather have it working 100% than gettign a few hours to do our teams and then it go out again

and pRed because of u im goin Bot again (I kniow its a stupid choice we wont have any allies) just so I can obliterate u

oh and actually make my team feared and well known

I remember this one. Don't you mean the game crashed for a thousand years and a day? Sure felt like it.

You leached off higher levels, nothing spectacular about that.

I know you invest a lot of hours Red (only way to stay ahead in this game actually), so let's see you get to the top and stay there without having anyone to leech off. It's not as easy as you think it is. :twisted:

I'm not seeing a huge down side with this. Heck I've been wanting to cut back on my troops, down from 12, for quite sometime. Having to start over might not be a bad thing really. It's not like we haven't done it before

XP's gonna be harder to come by (Ive said that a couple of times already in this or other threads), which simply means the more active people are gonna have an even biger advantage.

I dont expect to rise to the hights my team was pre-cockup (at least innitially), simply cuase I cant play as much as I used to. U do however expect to be firmly in the top 100, cuase as I've already said, I dont think there are 100 people in this game who are more active than I.

Probably, yup. Although it generally seems that someone from one of the other factions will follow them up, if there's one person with a lot of xp on oneside, often someone with a similer playing patern will take advantage of it.

This will be good. I'd been letting HMW take a back seat in my time usage due to frustration and wanting to wait for the version 2 reset.

Getting to start from scratch is just what the medi-bot ordered to get me active again, may even get some proper bios up.

BTW, I'm going back to the Autobots so I can get the Fort Max alt I've wanted for years.
