If it is, I'm gonna make a tribute to NASA... The Six Sensational Sisters of Space! Six femmes named after America's Space Shuttles (including the two that were destroyed... and the prototype), who can form a gestalt.

Their names are Columbia, Atlantis, Discovery, Endeavour, Challenger and Enterprise. They combine to form Stellaris.
Nope. Sorry but you can't have more than one team.

Oh well. There's always fanfiction!
Life can be pretty sweet when your alt-mode is a B-2 Stealth Bomber.

Can't put it better than the FAQ so: -
HMV FAQ wrote:http://seibertron.com/heavymetalwar/weapons.php
You may buy weapons for your characters based upon what level of firepower or skill (or a combination of both) they have and how much Energon you have. In order to equip your character with one of the weapons you purchased, you have to click on the character's name in the active box at the bottom of the page. Once you are viewing a particular character's profile, just select which weapon you want your character to be equipped with.

As you've just started you won't have any upgrades yet so the Slingshot or Hand-Mounted Lasers will be the only options open to you (everything else is sold out) and neither are particularly good.

I'd advise you buy one of them and get used to equipping weapons then find another players who'd be prepared to release and Xray Laser or Disruptor Rifle to you.

Now that sounds odd, sounds like a bug.
Try sending details to Omega Sentinel: http://www.seibertron.com/members/profile.php?id=16019

Hopefully he'll be able to sort it out when he's back from botcon.

I've just updated the first post to include Minicons, Quintesson missions and a few other bits & bats. Any feedback or suggestions for additions gratefully received.

Thanks, and hopefully I'm not being dense this time:

If you select "choose alt. mode later" how do you choose it when the time comes?

while that character is not busy, got to his/her character page, on it near the top, just above their name should be a link; UPGRADE, follow that link, it should take you to the upgrade page, scroll down and you should see the alts you can choose from(they rotate on a fortnightly basis so be warned not all alts will be available all the time, on those listed as core are guaranteed to be avaialable)

Here's a good beginner's question. How do I start playing? I chose a mission and clicked to join it and I waited and nothing happened. The mission just started without me. How do I get in?

Under a mission, there must be your teams names, with an empty circle near it. Just click on that circle, it is now highlighted(full), then go to the pages bottom, and click "join" or something like this (it may be enough, to just click on the circle/hole, and press the "enter" button)

Thanks.
Any advice on how to spend experience points? All my characters are lv 0. What stats are the most important to raise at this point?

depends - the avoid tactic will help them level up faster up (combine it later with speed) but then again Str will be v.useful since weapons out of stock and you can also equip armour.

Thanks for the help, but that list never appeared for me...
The las thing in the central column of the site is a box exmplaining what is each upgrade for. I scroll down and i can't see anything that resembles a selector.

You will see some icons in the middle of the central column one called robot abilities and the other with a list of alts. You can choose one robot form and one alt. it's not at the bottom of the column it will be right below where it lists your stats should be 7ish robot forms and a whole bunch of alts to choose from.

You also have to make sure you're robot isn't in:

a Mission
an Arena Battle
or CR Chamber

Live Free or Die!!!

Thanks but... nothing that barely resembles what you are saying is in any of the screens, in the profile screen it lists my altmode, and below in the section that says 'robot mode abilities' it simply says 'no robot mode' without any way to change that, and in the Upgrade screen doesn't appear anything related to robot mode, simply the stats. I've trying upgrading my 'robot mode abilities' because i thought i won't have a robot mode without then but that doesn't work either.

So all my Transformers are locked forever in altmode....
