No.
The Sunday/Monday estimate was based on Seibertron saying that he "turned off HMW for the weekend". Hypothetically, it's just a matter of waiting for him to turn it back on now that the weekend is over.
Unfortunately, Seibs offers little in the way of solid schedules.

What does "Recharge" means in the weapons' descriptions?
Why is the Reference: Alt-mode icons not showing any icon now?

Hi MagnusLabel,
Think of it as the reload rate as it's a very rough indication of how soon you can use it again.
e.g Rocket Launcher takes about 1 minute to recharge/reload so if you make 3 normal (non=-tactic) attacks in a minute you'll only fire the laucher once. (Caelus might have changed that time recently).
Whereas Battle Blades have No Recharge so they'll be used in every non-tactic attack.

The alts were due a complete change when V2 was originally so I guess the original list, which was heinously out of date even then, was dumped and never replaced.
I wouldnt expect to see anything there for a fair while yet.

Sort of... SR weapons tend to do more damage, and every weapon under 24 seconds are useable.
