Addiction to transforming - only really the one scene in this issue where it happens.
Blind devotion to Megatron's writing - probably being set up in this issue, with Pax recommending it to Roller.
Music/sound/spark manipulation stuff - not much in terms of that yet.
Point one percenter - yes, that's there.
The shape sort of fits, too. And the March solicits bring the DJD back to the fore, too.
I love speculation.
There's totally plenty of time to build the not present traits into Roller to make him Tarn. That's why I can see it. Of course, who knows, we could be wrong and Rollers dead. But there's always that 'who knows what happens to him after that scene ends'. Since we really don't know who was up in that ship hovering up above the field.
Well, the Roller theory suits me fine, but couldn't Tarn also be Dominus Ambus? He's supposed to be Minimus' "brother" yeah? Well perhaps he's a loadbearer too and Tarn is a suit, just like Magnus. It'd be just as much a punch to the stomach for Rewind, let alone us.
And that ship might be another reference to the Necrobot.
With Dominus, at least as far as the new, altered history is concerned, Dominus is a victim of advanced Empurata/Shadowplay, which leads me to believe his importance lies elsewhere. Not saying you're wrong, just that I don't agree yet, based on what we do know.
As for the Necrobot, why would he want to destroy a bunch of "unborn" sparks? What little we've seen of it hasn't shown a capacity for violence, just an obsession with death. (Then again, neither has it shown us anything to the contrary.) To me, being obsessed with death is different than having a thirst for blood Energon. Now again, not saying you're wrong, just speculating.
True, very true.
