I buy the cassettes. I'm not ashamed to exercise my right to exchange defective products. And I'm not afraid to ask for store credit for a total piece of crap like KFC preceptor. I don't cry and moan over "third party prices".

At least I didn't get stuck with that pile of crap known as Citizen Stack, only to see how awesome MP-22 test shots looked a couple weeks later.

You are the most gullible person on this site who thinks reviewers are your friends. Get it through your skull. They get free toys to convince you to buy stuff. They are paid mouthpieces for the online retailers. Please find me one video review from any of the top 5 reviewers where they call a figure crap and warn you not to buy it. I bet you cant find one. Ill be waiting for the link...

In Tsu's defense, look at some of Peaugh's reviews for Leader Grimlock and Flip-and-Change Lockdown. He quite explicitly said "These aren't very good toys, don't bother with them".

It's different when the reviews aren't sponsored. I'd have to check the Leader Grimlock review, but I explicitly recall there being no sponsorship for the one-step Lockdown review.

Not that I agree with X entirely, but I think those 2 reviews are bad examples if you're trying to disprove his point.

I like Baltmatrix because he is known for his negative criticism even when he is "sponsored". Another guy I like is Bens Collectibles. For the most part, when you watch these two you are getting an actual consumers opinion.

I don't really want to throw this thread off topic any further lol. It seems KFC threads are always a fiasco due to various opinions about their QC issues. I wouldn't expect any different from this Blaster. In my opinion, all KFC is good for is cassettes meant for display only.

You can add optibotimus to that list also, I find him very honest for a "sponsered" reviewer.

Honestly I've never had any problems with any of the reviewers. Vangelus is probably my favourite, as he's very honest and shows off every angle of the figure, with a lot of close-ups. Also he's very entertaining to watch. Thew is of course the best reviewer ever, but he doesn't do all that many reviews, and he only does HasTak stuff.

Rated X, was reprimanded by a manager here named, Burn. Burn asked Rated X to stop discussing and bashing those sponsored video reviewers guys in threads.

I do not think it is right that Rated X, Is allowed to ignore the rules here and ignore the managers reprimands asking him to stop.

Burn asked Rated X to stop, Because Burn knew it was a heated thing that incited arguments and fights in threads.

Rated X, Has ignored Burn's reprimand and request to stop. Because Rated X's prime agenda is to be disruptive and troll in threads.

Rated X is well aware that discussing and bashing those video review guys will cause heated arguments, is disruptive and takes threads off topic.

I don't know when Rated X changed his mind and agree with me but I've said for a looooonggg time that sponsored reviews are just toy commercials, and I stand by that statement. I still watch them to see how the toy looks.

Anyway can we get back on topic now? I saw this prototype at NYCC it looks alright.

Why is Rated X, Being allowed to break forum rules here and managers reprimands and request asking him to stop?

I am sick and tired of this Rated X member here getting all of this special treatment. Just because Rated X went to botcon and other conventions and hung out with members here. does not mean he gets a hall pass and is allowed to act as disruptive and trolling as he pleases.

Rated X was reprimanded and asked by a manager here named, Autobot genocide. To stop telling other members what to do,what buy and what not to do or buy. Rated X was also warned to stop forcing his opinion down others throats here, as the supreme opinion.

Members are here on this forum to state their opinion on the TF related things. Not to try to persuade others against buying toys they hate. No member here has the supreme right opinion.

I do not enjoy having members like Rated X, Telling me what I can and can't buy here. Ordering me not to buy the toy, mocking me for doing so and saying the toy will fall apart in my hands if I buy it. This is a form of online forum bullying, trolling and disruptive behavior.

I will be buying this KFC Blaster toy. I don't need Rated X's permission to do so. Rated X has no rights to bash my TF purchases and ask me to not buy, then troll, demean and mock me for doing so.

Dude, buy whatever you want. In earlier threads I have shared my repeated QC encounters with KFC products. And nobody gave me a free toy to learn from my experiences. I paid money to find out each time and was very fortunate to get exchanges or credit. If your Blaster suffers from QC issues, don't say somebody didn't try to warn you about KFC's inferior quality on a KFC thread.

We should just have a separate topic for reviewers on 3rd party products and leave thats tuff out of here. But since it is here, I'll just toss in my 2 cents.

It's always wise to treat a reviewer's opinion as his own opinion. I like a few "turds" of the 3rd party world - Trailerforce and the Alicon being among them. It's entirely possible for someone to love everything they get, I don't often feel like something wasn't worth it, myself.

Getting something for free might create some bias, but I don't think anyone intentionally ignores flaws in reviews. Anyway, if you're buying something just because one guy says he likes it you're doing this hobby wrong.

And just use the ignore feature already guys. Yeesh.

I'm not sure what to think of this one. Their cassettes just don't feel like MPs to me despite the "scale", but the Blaster is way nicer. Which then brings me to the point where it'd be weird to have an MP-esque Blaster with no minions. Ugh.

I like this this guy cos he seems down to earth and gives his honest opinion and doesn't try to give excuses unlike a popular guy who reviewed DT Kronos and even though it's head broke off and foot snapped still couldn't call it a piece of sh*t
