Oh well, I also stopped at a few Walmarts and Targets before I decided to just go to Media Underground.
Walmart in Gentilly didn't have anything new Transformers wise, but I did finally get TMNT Bebop and Rocksteady.
Walmart on Veterans had a bunch of Snarls and Hotshots, but that's it,.
Target in Kenner had nothing new.

I saw all four comic turtles a few times in Metairie and was tempted. But in the end I didn't get them because I don't think they look better than my NECA ones. Hopefully they make a Comic Shredder though.

WolfDawg wrote:Thanks for the heads up Cyber Bishop. I ended up stopping at Media Underground and got the last Arcee (open hands, but whatever). She's a great little toy, and even though I had to pay 20 bucks, it was worth it. Between gas money and wasting time driving to all the different Walmarts, Targets, and TrU's, 20 dollars isn't a bad deal. It's weird, I've been to Media Underground quite a few times with a friend of mine who's into comic books, but never noticed they sold Transformers. I've gotten Figuart Power Rangers and PAK figures from them, but never Transformers.

I am glad you picked her up!

After my dental appointment I might have to swing by and have a look at them.

I've been there quite a few times and haven't seen any except maybe the odd Masterpiece figure. However, I do know that they sometimes buy pieces from customers and then resell them.

Cool, thanks. I haven't been there in years. Last thing I picked up there was that sweet Space Ghost figure, from way back.
I'm just to lazy to swing by.

From the images and videos, that warrior Grimlock may need a spot on my work desk. If you go, mind dropping the deets on how they look in person?

sithlord9849 wrote:They all remind me of Transformers Animated. They are small for deluxes; but that's nothing new. Grimlock is solid and his dino mode hides most of his robot features. His transformation is simple but fun. All of their paint apps are simple as well. Only 2-3 different colors on each figure. I picked up Grimlock, Strongarm, and Bumblebee. I like Grimlock the best; although he's the only one that doesn't come with any weapons.
Good to hear Grimlock is a solid figure. He's the only one I was interested in, along with MAYBE Bumblebee. I'm still not sure if I want him because of the green color scheme. I just can't get with a Grimlock that isn't traditional G1 colors. Here's hoping for a G1 inspired repaint at some point.
