Takei to reportedly appear in flash forward scene with Leonard Nimoy's Spock
Actor George Takei has been confirmed as appearing in the upcoming J.J. Abrams-directed "Star Trek XI" movie, according to Starburst magazine.
Takei, who starred as Officer Hikaru Sulu in both the TV show and films, will reportedly share a scene with Spock in a "flash forward scene." Leonard Nimoy has already confirmed that he will appear in the film as Spock.
It is unknown whether Takei will appear as Sulu or another character.
