So, I was resetting one of my 'Cons today to test out a new Stat Configuration, and I noticed he automatically resets at a Level 1, when I've never pushed him past Level 0. Is this a bug? (Yes, I know he's an Insecticon, so get your "Bug Jokes" out of the way now, heh)

Nope. Level limits have been in place for years.

It's odd, because even when he has no stats, he is still listed as a Level 1, even though I've never given him a fifth upgrade.

See what I'm talking about right here. I've reset him again, and left him with no stats, and he's still Level 1, not Level 0.

It's weird. I've been playing HMW for years, and have never noticed this happen before. Are they eliminating Level 0?

So, how did I level up, when I've never bought a fifth upgrade?

Look at my Con right now. He has no upgrades, but is still listed as Level 1. I know you need 5 upgrades for Level 1, so why was he at Level 1 with 4 upgrades, or even 0 upgrades, like he is at now?
