Alpha Strike wrote:So a sample post now? Alrighty then...
Iacon:
The metallic painted stripe along the entire border of the landing bay slowly began to curl and crack as invisible wafts of unknown chemicals scowered through the docking bay. A normally busselling center of activity, the landing bay was now a barren strip of steel save for a lone individual watching up at the Moon Base and the approachway for Optimus Prime's shuttlecraft. Doors were sealed shut and pairs of optics lined the interior view ports, hiding from the Autobot waiting outside.
It was a large built soldier caked in chemical muck and grime. Rotting lubricents and crusted oil, hazzardous materials and other fragments of his function spotted his torso. The wafts of raunched stink was overpowering driving everyone from the bay area. Landfill was a patient mech and did not harbor any grudges towards those who shunned him, though for the spark of him he could never understand why anyone would. He was friendly and always willing to offer a helping hand or dumper should the need arise. Still they fled at his coming, he would not lie to himself that it didn't sting but it was how it was and little could change that.
At this point in time, Landfill was there to lend such a helping hand for the overloaded medics corps. They had run short of medical transports and needed some one to meet Optimus Prime's strike team and carry the wounded towards the medical bays. It was a task he was happy to accept, considering there was not much to do during such influx's of casualties from an embattled region. Not like some one was going to ask him to transport a photon artillery piece to the front when the front was completely depleted and in Decepticon hands.
Inside Iacon:
A roving torque gun decended from the central tower of the repair station and began to plunge itself into the sockets of a wounded soldier's tire assembly. A loud whirr soon erupted as the gun forced the bolts from their positions, allowing them to fall into an extended tray. The gun soon retracted upwards only to be replaced by a set of clamps that took hold of the blown out and utterly slagged tire rim. The damaged tire was pulled to the side and dropped into a bin as another set of clamps lowered its replacement into place. Once more the Torque Gun decended and replaced the removed bolts, adding new ones when the originals were too deformed to be of any further use.
The entire assembly retracted slightly and moved along the fireboom track to start the process once more on the other damaged tire. Another set of tubes and robotic arms emerged from the central tower and began to pull off broken or warped sheets of armor and placing them into another basket for Hoist's attention. The process worked like clockwork, the broken pieces were hammered back into place, or melted down if Hoist determined their fate and replaced with relatively new pieces. The new fragments were placed in the basket after being cut to the original measurements the robotic arms and wielding torches would take the sheet of metal and replace it as best they could.
Hot Spot, the Protectobot Commander, was anything but a true medic and he was well aware of his limitations in that field. Still like most everyone else in the medical facilities, he was doing his part as best he could. With First Aid playing doctor along with Ratchet and who ever else was busy in surgery, Hotspot had volunteered his services as a repair bay mechanism. Doing patch jobs, replacing tires and broken armor, every bit helped to get the hordes of wounded back into fighting condition.
The only problem he was having was of the fueling nature. Unlike some of the others, Hotspot had refused to take a break and refuel. It was something he expected of all of his team, everyone would do their job first and foremost and worry about their fuel tanks when they were finished. Course in a situation like this, it was easier said than done. With all the true medics handling the seriously and critically wounded, Hotspot had assumed command of dealing with the vast number of minor cases. But even that had been taxing on his reserves... still he would continue his work until some one ordered him otherwise.

Profile: Perceptor is defined by his unquenchable thirst for knowledge, which he seeks to the exclusion of all else. Before the war, he was one of Cybertron's top researchers, but now, his main role is to study the best ways the peace-loving Autobots can adapt to the conflict. It is not his favored pursuit however, and Perceptor values every astrosecond he can spend on his peacetime scientific endeavours.
Abilities: Perceptor is extremely smart, and is widely considered to be one of the smartest of all Cybertronians. Unlike the likes of Soundwave and Shockwave however, all his faculties are dedicated to scientific endeavours. His particular specialties are metallurgy, molecular chemistry, and electrical engineering, and he spends much of his time designing new armor and components to be installed in other Autobots. In his Observatory mode, he can deploy multiple telescopes capable of powerful magnification across almost the entire electromagnetic spectrum, from x5000 visible light to x500 microwaves and x-rays. His primary lens barrel has been reformatted to convert into a powerful light cannon, capable of cutting through thick plating and blinding sensors. He also carries a concussion rifle in robot mode.
Weaknesses: Perceptor is continually thinking of a half-dozen scientific theories and potential experiments at once, causing him to continually forget about the task at hand, much to the annoyance of his fellow Autobots. The lenses in his optical components are top-grade but very fragile and easy to knock out of alignment. Finally, Perceptor's alt mode is entirely immobile, and he is barely capable of running at 25mph, making it difficult for him to deploy quickly.
Sample Post: Every Autobot must do his duty, Prime had said, but Perceptor still failed to see why he couldn't do his in his laboratory and not here on the border on guard duty. Perhaps Prime thinks I'm spending too much time on the Tellurite Deposion Chamber and the UHF starprobes, he thought. If he thinks that he should just tell me what to prioritise. He's the commander, he should know what we need.
Almost as worrying as being out of the lab (Did I turn off the Microwave Plamsa Inducer) was that Perceptor was essentially alone at his post. Hound and Sandstorm had gone completely silent when they began their scout patrols, and the only traffic on the comm was Backstreet's semi-regular false alarms. Perceptor quickly began to tune them out, and began to design the next evolution Cosmotron that he had pitched to Prime a week ago. Not like there's anything else to do out here, he mused...
The high-pitched drone of a pair of Energon Turbines woke Perceptor from his revery (Slag, better save that manifold blueprint for later), as a depecticon jet flew out of the nearby ravine between 2 megablocks and tranformed to land less than 50 mechanometers away. It was a Seeker (For some reason the Decepticons seem to favor standardised forms: Unwillingness to experiment?), and it hadn't noticed him: In observatory mode Perceptor appeared to simply be a colorful piece of rooftop.
Perceptor wasted precious astroseconds as the Seeker stalked toward Autobot territory, trying to devise a plan involving a nearby power coupling, some Tetra-gel he had in his storage banks, and an intruiging hypnotic pattern he'd observed in the nuetrino outputs of Cybertrons sun. Then he discarded the plan (Wait, maybe I should save it for later tactical analysis) focus his light array and blasting the Seeker with
a wide-beam. Ferrocrete and Plexiglass turned the consistency of water from the intense energy, and the Seeker stumbled in mid-jump, blinded in the visible, infrared and radar. It quickly transformed and u-turned, bumping into more than one building as it headed back to Decepticon lines.
Well, that was an exhilarating and highly worrying turns of events, he thought. Perhaps I should contact command about it.
"All station, high alert!! This is Backstreet, I have a contact, I think it's Devas...no, wait, it's a pterosquirrel, my apologies."
Hmm, no, they have enough to worry about. I'll just note it in my report. Maybe I can add a reccomendation for more spy-drones. I wonder how small I could make a theta-wave scanner anyway....

Profile: Outwardly, Swindle is easy-going and good natured, almost too good-natured to be a Decepticon. But within him beats the fuel pump of the most greed-driven street hustler on Cybertron. Swindle thrives on wheeling and dealing, working for his own personal material advancement at every possible oppurtunity. Swindle operates a one-robot "black market", with a stock of items both in-demand and esoteric, so vast that some wonder if Longhaul would be able to carry it all.
Abilities: As his primary weapon, Swindle uses a scatter blaster that sprays explosive pellets in shot-gun like fashion around the battlefield. He also has a gyro gun, stolen from an Autobot armory, that disrupts his opponents' balance center, disorienting them so Swindle can call for backup or make and escape. He is a member of the Combaticons.
Weaknesses: Swindle's Alt mode, while dependable on rough terrain, is prone to overturning on sharp turns. Also, he has a tendency to duck out of direct combat if he sees at oppurtunity at a desirable item, such as a discarded weapon or a fallen autobot (all sorts of spare parts!).
Sample Post: "Gentlecons, your ammo rations have arrived. Of course, those of you who have arranged for additional supplies can collect them, for the prearranged sum...thank you. Appearance: Acidwing has the standard seeker appearance with his wings on his back only he has a "cone head". He is an ugly shade of dark yellow with purple and green accents on his head, wings and legs. Instead of the standard issue arm mounted lasers Acidwing uses arm mounted acid canons.
Profile: AcidWing is scoundrel and likes to ply dirty, so it is not surprising that he trusts only a handful of cons. He loves poisons and is a chemical genius, he makes a decent assassin because of his extensive knowledge of poisons and other harmful substances. Acidwing spends most of his time studying and experimenting, he has a lot of catching up to do after being kept in stasis lock for the duration of the great shut down. He once had aspirations to become the greatest chemist on Cybertron but with the war he realized how fun it is to watch you opponents melt away after covering them with cyber acid. His only real friend is his wing-mate Skyshroud.
Abilities: Acidwing is pretty smart, as seekers go. He is a good flier able to maneuver at high speeds and can reach mach three. His arm mounted canons have a range of about forty feet which means he has to be close to use them. Perhaps his most devastating weapons are his Sludge Missiles that are capable of gumming up an enemy's hydraulic systems.
Weaknesses: Acidwing is has a very good aim with his Acid Canons, however he isn't a very good shot with his missiles, he can hit any stationary target but has issues with moving targets.. Acidwing can hold his own up close but he isn't strong enough to overcome most opponents in hand to hand combat. He is not very popular and is likely to be left behind if he gets injured.
Sample post:
Acidwing's Lab
Acidwing was siting in his lab thinking about all of the things that had been invented and perfected during his slumber, not only had decepticons perfected triple changers but the had created a six changer. And both the Autobots and the decepticons had finally created functioning combiners, if only just one per side.
But for all of the great things that had been brought about during the great shut down no one had made any advances in the field of chemistry. That pleased him because it meant that he was still an expert and didn't need to play catch up any more.
Pleased that he could once again strike fear into the fluid pumps of Atoubots everywhere, he contacted his friend and wing mate Skyshroud.

Profile: Kind, wise and understanding, Spirit knows what's right and what's wrong, she never gives up hope and never backs down from a battle even when her life is on the line. She strongly believes that her team should always come first before she does. She has a love for Earth because of its beauty and would do anything in her strength to protect it, even sacrifice her life just so that Earth can live in peace. A lover of Earth's mythical creatures but a big fan of its most powerful one, the dragon, Spirit decided to adopt the dragon as her alt mode and has kept it ever since she first came to Earth. She is so in love with her alt mode that she has been known to stay in it for years without having to transform back into robot mode. A leader in the best sense of the world, she knows how to react and how to think when danger threatens.
Weapons/Abilities: In dragon mode, Spiritimus can fly at speeds of 90mph, she keeps her wings in robot mode that allow her to fly but less faster than her dragon mode at 40mph. Her fiery breath that is sea blue coloured, can melt almost anything into slag. In robot mode, her wing claws form into twin katanas that are fast and deadly. Her back forms into an Energon Crossbow that can blast a 10ft thick concrete wall and her sense of hearing, smell and sight also keep her out of harms way. Her tail is so flexible she can use it as a whip in hand, robot or beast form to give her enemies a very painful lash that can sting their armour.
Weakness: Her concern for the weak can lead Spirit to her downfall and allow her opponents gain an advantage on her while is down. Although her enemies can fake it, she never allows them to gain that type of advantage when she truly knows what's going to happen. However, she has light armour to keep in the air and to move extremely quickly but because she is lightly armoured, this can lead to a low endurance to very powerful blasts of energy.
Sample Post: A snort came from above the Ark on the mountain's ledge. A dark blue, light blue and silver femme stood tall, watching the sun beginning to rise over the mountains.
Her right wing twitched as pale blue smoke escaped her nostrils and she sneezed to clear her nose. She spread her wings and took to the skies as she flew towards the mountains to enjoy the warmth of the sun.
Spiritimus landed on another mountain. She opened her mouth and her sea blue flames shot out at a fast rate. Fast yes, but speedy, no. She closed her mouth and prepared to fly on when found she couldn't lift off the ground. "Slag!" she cursed. "Guess I must've released all the gas to let me fly, might as well have to wait for it to fill back in."
She sat down on the cliff's edge and waited. She knew it would take a few hours and it wasn't long before her stomach let off a growl. "Primus! I should've eaten Energon before I left the base, but did my CPU listen? No!" she snorted as she shook her head.

Profile: She's the sister of Leozack. She lacks her brother's strength at the time he serves under Deathsaurus, and time will only tell if she can ever get that strong.
She entered the war not with the desire to fight, but with the ideal of protecting her comrades, and the idea of trying to preserve life. She also fights for the "young" Decepticons, and for future generations.
The irony is not lost on her that she is a Decepticon, and she is well aware of the homicidal nature of the Decepticons, but she will also be quick to point out that the Decepticons aren't the only ones shooting and have the desire to kill, and that she will not want to be on the opposing side to the side her brother is on.
She deeply cares for the future of the Decepticons and isn't willing to let the Autobots win because of the belief that they'll deem the surrendering Decepticons war criminals then imprison, if not kill them outright separating them from the "young" and breaking up families.
Further an oppressive peace will likely be forced on the Decepticons destroying their way of life.
She also believes the war is too far gone to surrender safely, and peace is hardly an option in this war. Nothing is great enough to bring the 2 factions together under a single banner yet.
This likely unusual outlook has surprised Autobots that managed to get in more than a few words with her, but their attempts at having her defect are met with failure as her loyalty is virtually unshakable.
This unusual outlook has also given many Decepticons mixed feelings about her, if not outright contempt with few who agree with her ideas of potential peace.
Among those who can share some of her ideals is Esmeryl, and they have become friends though they share little camaraderie on the field as their 2 styles of combat are radically different. That and Esmeryl would not want her friend to get slagged in her fits of rage.
Her noble, and (overly?)caring mentality tends to make her a bit weepy and thus a target for the more unfeeling Decepticons. The only thing that saves her is her inheritance of a high powered vocal system capable of making anyone regret that they made her raise her voice. Most are smart enough to not make the same mistake twice.
Those people that know her also know that she fights ferociously to protect her comrades, and win the battle.
Abilities: She's capable of speeds just below escape velocity, and has a 24,000 mile/38624.256 kilometer range.
She's equipped with a pair of select fire style long range sustained laser cannons which can fire a sustained beam, or a shot of dense energy depending on her needs between sustained damage, or a burst of destructive power. The latter is slower requiring time to charge the round.
They have a 10 mile range in either firing mode and both fire high speed projectiles often using her own inertia to send them along.
Lyzack has become thoroughly accurate with these weapons out of necessity of her ideal of sparing life. She's practically a sniper. Her accuracy can make her a valuable asset on the field with the right commander.
She has a pair of four tube multi-launchers which are attached to hard points and therefor removable. They allow her to carry an assortment of self propelled weapons, potentially mission critical in nature, each tube carries 3 such weapons in a magazine.
These are on her wings and cannot safely be used in robot mode.
The missile's warheads are never armed until they are ready to be fired as a safeguard against getting cooked, or set off prematurely.
Common missiles carried by her have high grade detonating mechanisms that can be set for timer, proximity, or impact, but are average in destructive power when compared to other Seekers. At times she carries specialized missiles with flash, and smokescreen effects if available, but she doesn't rely on them realizing she's no good dead or disabled herself.
Like her arm mounted cannons she's very accurate with these, and is often dead on with timing the explosions of her missiles.
This, again, is a necessity for her less than lethal fighting style.
She picked up a variation of her brother's "Jet attack" where she unleashes a hail of ammunition ground-wards while flying in at supersonic speed, she then leaves a a series of sonic booms in her wake which pummels those in her wake with concussive forces which can do some damage but mostly tends to knock out the opponent. Results vary from bot to bot, but she tries to keep it non-fatal rather using it to sew chaos and damage to defense systems.
Lyzack has a hand held blaster which is a deadly weapon delivering a spray of dense plasma slugs capable of penetrating armor at a half mile. It can also be mounted onto the main body of her alt mode to augment her firepower. Even with a potentially deadly weapon such as this she'll often aim to cripple her foes and reduce their ability, or will to fight.
She carries a pair energon swords mounted under laser cannons which are of average potency but with her metallikato training, it makes her dangerous enough.
By far one of her more devastating abilities is an inheritance her brother did not get. She dubs it "The Lyon's Roar," a roar-like yell projected forward powerful enough to shatter steel and fragile items like optic lenses, deafen those in it's path, tear the paint off bots, and lift lighter bots (Endurance less than 5, and/or a height below 12 feet/ 3.6 meters) off the ground via a gale force wind. It's not very deadly, but it can be very devastating. It's especially effective in confined areas like interiors of bases and/or when there's debris to be picked up by the winds caused by the sound waves.
She can refine this into a devastating sonic beam of concussive forces that can injure a bot direly by using the sonic vibrations to shatter a more concentrated part of armor, and shake apart what ever it can as the sonic force tears through the target.
This "Lyon's Roar" is only available in robot mode.
Due to her inheritance of the Lyon's Roar, her entire composition is highly resistant to the fairly rare sonic based attack, but she remains vulnerable to virtually everything else that armor usually comes in contact with.
Weaknesses: She's physically weak with average endurance giving her a disadvantage against the stronger enemies should they get a good grip on her, or shoot her with sufficient firepower.
Unlike most Decepticons she refuses to knowingly kill until she's pushed to the point where she simply has no choice, meaning the enemy is seeking to kill her or such drastic measures.
It's rare but she can get caught up in the heat of battle and attack without considerations of sparing of life but this usually means that she's in dire trouble. She will not die quietly, nor is she a coward.
The hesitation to kill others can often leave her open to an assault in the midst of combat. It also gives her a lot of ridicule among the more homicidal allies.
Her lack of homicidal intent will likely have her taking prisoners if she has the chance under the intent of interrogation.
Her weapons use are usually aimed to not create full damage to a target, rather maim them. Especially her missile fire which tends to be set for timed, or proximity in order to catch a target with splash damage rather than the full blast. Only if she's fairly sure the target can survive does she use the full effectiveness of her missiles.
This usually means any "Mission Critical" armaments usually go to other Decepticons leaving her with the non lethal items to which she uses with immense skill.
Her talent with less than lethal tactics in stopping Autobot advancements is her saving grace from Megatron's wrath and has her valued among the flyers when using non lethal weapons like smoke, and flash missiles.
The internal device behind "The Lion's Roar" is a dangerous thing when she's upset. When active when upset, it's strong enough to overpower 100 shouting bots, shatter fragile mechanics, and materials around her without bias.
It is not deadly in itself but it's unlikely that anyone except her will walk away without light damage.
She cannot control this aspect of her device when upset or angered which is a mixed blessing considering that she gets harassed now and then. Unlike her focused Lyon's roar, this tends to radiate around her for quite some radius.
In times of calm, which is hopefully most of the time for her she speaks at a normal volume.
When the Lyon's Roar is used for an attack, she cannot consecutively use the Lyon's roar, nor can she use it for more than 10 seconds at a time without allowing the mechanism time to rest. Beyond that it reaches it's limits and risks damaging the mechanism.

Profile: In the future she would become the wife of Deathsaurus and possibly high in the ranks of his Decepticon army, but that is far, far from now as Megatron has a firm rule.
She does however have a similar alt mode as Deathsaurus and similar equipment, but her stats aren't as high as as his in the time he became the "Emperor of Destruction."
Like her friend Lyzack she is sort of an anti-villain. While she fights for the side of "evil" she has redeeming qualities to temper her, and maybe offer a chance at reform if the Autobots win.
Esmeryl holds the ideal of preservation of the Decepticon way of life. This pretty much boils down to the destruction of the Autobots who threaten what she seeks to preserve as far as the battlefield goes. This would mean that she would weed out dissenters but Decepticon mentalities are very varied and she doesn't feel the need to oppress anyone but traitors who would spy or defect.
While she is not as forgiving, and cautious about killing as Lyzack, she respects her beliefs enough to not give her a hard time over them, and it wouldn't be so bad if Lyzack's ideal future where both sides were united under one banner came true. Until then she fights against who she sees as oppressors, the Autobots.
She carries herself nobly, but her anger can rise quickly. If continually made angry she may transform and go berserk upon the source of her anger if she doesn't handle the situation in robot mode first.
She isn't as cold or as cruel as most Decepticons but she is willing to kill anyone that fights her long enough or makes her mad enough.
The fact she seems to prolong fights and won't back down (especially when in Berserk mode) leads some to believe she's very sadistic, toying with her foes, or giving them the chance to escape. No one is really sure of her which one, however.
Esmeryl's alt mode which seems to be a throwback to the earlier Decepticons immortalized in the Decepticon crypts and the Hall of Heroes, or that of a cybertronian beast being more humanoid in alt mode than vehicular, but still a far cry from appearing organic.
In this mode she uses every appendage to her advantage to maul opponents, and odds are high that her berserk mode will activate in this form making her a dangerous person to be close to for anyone.
In robot form she is hard pressed to become berserk, and is actually quite civil, clear minded, maybe even noble, and able to perform well thought out tactics in battle.
When she battles with a clear mind she is cunning and adaptive. Her combat programming is well suited for using what weapons she has to devastate the enemy ranks.
She can be quite protective of those she calls friend, and family in either form.
Abilities: She has access to her alt mode's flight wings in either form giving her a top speed just under mach 1. She can fall back to her Decepticon Flight module for a top speed of 100 mph if needed.
Her melee is augmented by her knowledge in how to use her wings as viable shields, and bashing, and bladed weapons making her a tough opponent to deal with in any form.
She is an expert at Circuit-su, and proficient in Metallikato, crystalocution, and brawling.
Her Circuit-su training allows her to form a very efficient energon sword, or pair of them which while nearly weightless, and fast due to that, and is as capable of defeating armor as any other high grade blade.
Her training also allows her to project high speed bolts of energy from her hands and eyes in robot mode to subdue, or damage an opponent depending on how much power she puts into the bolts.
Along with fine tuning, near perfect materials, and a powerful alt mode her near mastery of Circuit Su allows her to safely over-clock her servo systems during combat giving her impressive strength for her very feminine frame in robot mode, and wield devastating strength in alt mode.
Esmeryl's alt mode mouth is protected by specialized shielding gases and heat resistant metals allowing her to breathe plumes of intense plasma heated fire. This is powerful enough to melt armor and weld metal together. This means it has the potential of locking an opponent into one position via welded joints and melted servos depending on the severity of the exposure. It has a 200 yard range.
Also her alt mode mouth is very capable of biting through armor.
Her alt mode's claws are capable of ripping bots apart in her dragon-like alt mode.
She has heat resistant armor making her more resistant against most heat and fire based assaults than other and also allows her to withstand the high heat generated by melting metal that tends to surround her in her alt mode.
She is still fairly vulnerable to other forms of assault, but her high grade armor keeps her more durable than most bots with similar frames.
She carries a simple large shield made from the same heat resistant materials.
She has ingrained her martial arts training into her instincts and reflexes to the point she no longer has to think to react with her martial training.
This translates into a seemingly more intelligent berserk mode which doesn't blindly smash, and makes her a more efficient raging fighter. A downside is her circuit-su training tends to be occupied with fueling her berserk mode's demands on her body. Because of this during berserk she's less likely to utilize her Circuit-su in the form of a projectile relying more on her flame breath for a medium ranged attack.
She carries a high strength beam rifle which can cause large grievous burning wounds in all but the densest armors via a thick, quick, dense beam blast. It's not thoroughly deadly, but it's nothing a person would want to get hit by either. It has an average range of 5 miles.
In times of need she can channel her energy into it via Circuit-su training to supplement the rifles power, but it's a matter of last resort as it will rapidly fatigue her.
If the supplies are available she can also use other energy sources to power her rifle's beams increasing the firepower of it to varying degrees depending on the energy source, but these opportunities are very rare, and she does not know how to uplink her weapon to an external power source.
Weaknesses: While a very effective combatant she doesn't go in for the kill very often leaving the opportunity for most Autobots to escape her wrath.
Her stats reflect her combined optimal performance in both forms. The stats lower and raise depending on her form but do not exceed the listed stats without berserk.
Her alt mode lacks the agile limbs of her robot mode and it also lacks the long ranged combat abilities, but it is sturdier and far stronger as a trade off.
Likewise her robot mode is not quite as strong as her alt mode, nor is it quite as durable but has a greater overall agility and better long ranged capabilities with her rifle.
Esmeryl's flying speed, while high for a robot mode is slow when compared to most dedicated flying vehicles, but she is very agile in the air since air pressures won't affect her as heavily as supersonic crafts.
Her alt mode is berserk prone which means she's hard pressed to retreat, fighting until she becomes disabled or there's no hostiles left. Furthermore any bot can play possum and gains the possibility of avoiding her direct assault, however a bot usually has to take a beating before it's believable.
An unwary Decepticon might end up in her berserk path of destruction if they are not careful.
Further, her Berserk mode can't push her far beyond her stats as she keeps herself running at near peak at all times in combat.
Her robot mode doesn't gain the benefits of Berserk mode as it simply does not activate in robot mode which leads may to think it is broken.
While her wings are highly durable and useful as shields as well as melee weapons they are permanently attached to her back and offer only limited coverage and protection.
Further if they are damaged sufficiently she looses a great deal of her aerial mobility leaving her to rely more on her standard issue Decepticon flight module.
The potential for damage of her wings often leaves her less eager on them as shields, but they are capable of acting as weapons with little risk.
Her flame breath while very effective, even firing into common Cybertron winds without being blown back, has a limited range forcing her to get almost into close range to hit a target with it.

Esmeryl sits in the cantina of some Deceptibase or another, reclining in a chair swishing a glass of oil idly as she waits on Lyzack, and Discord to arrive. The trio sometimes meets to talk when they aren't busy, though their friendship strength is debatable. They are Decepticons after all.
Discord and Esmeryl both enjoy relaxing to finer things, but Esmeryl also enjoys the fact that Lyzack isn't some warmongering dolt as most Decepticons tended to be. She enjoys the thoughts of hope that the young Decepticon had for the future.
She isn't sure how Discord feels about the potential for both factions to unite under one flag, but the sweep doesn't get on Lyzack about it. That's good enough.
Lyzack, as she noticed doesn't seem to enjoy the finer things, being far more down to earth.
All in all, she feels better about herself protecting Lyzack from bullies now and then despite the somewhat feline Decepticon being more than capable of defending herself.
She hears the doors slide open and she looks up seeing Lyzack enter, but just before she gets to the table someone approaches her pal threateningly, the inebriated bot even going as far to put their hands on the her pal. "So if it isn't the Autobot sympathizer?" The surly bot grabs her arm harder after being ignored. "You stupid femmes should stay off the field with your lovey dubby sentimentality and caring! We don't need it!"
Esmeryl stands, and her rifle is pressed to the head of the offender before Lyzack can even offer a rebuttal to the offender. "Go away, or get blown away." Her tone carries a feeling that she didn't care which option he picked. Her tone was also cold enough to make for one hell of a bluff, if she was bluffing. Almost hoping he picked the latter.
The offender looks into the barrel of the rifle which has a rather large bore. Almost cannon like. He walks back to the bar as Lyzack sits down.
"You didn't have to do that." Lyzack chuckles lightly.
Esmeryl laughs a bit. "I'm sure you would have screamed his head off, sure, but death is the only thing he'd understand. And besides, he ticked me off, too." She sips her drink. "Don't suppose you've seen Discord around?"
For a short while, the trio had met to share information, chit chat, and drink becoming fast friends having enough in common to like each other, but enough differences to keep things interesting.
Lyzack shakes her head. "Last I heard she was on a mission."
She was a bit nervous around that sweep. She knows that sweep is a diplomat, and she has no idea if she's friend or foe concerning her idealistic future. Not that Lyzack went around preaching it.
Still, Discord's one of the more civil bots, and seemed to stomach her ideals more than others.
She might just be polite, but it's more than others offer in return.
Her thoughts are usually on her brother Leozack, who isn't likely the high ranking warrior under Deathsaurus right now. The war would not likely be kind to either of them in the long run, but she fights for her cause, rather than sitting back and being a neutral.
If she were alone, she'd be lost in thought by now, but she were with one of her friends, and she valued such things. It keeps her spirits up. Keeps her happy enough. She'd hate to be reduced to some of the pitiful Decepticons who only have grief, anger, and hate. Yeah, it might be the rallying call of the Decepticons but not her.
Lyzack hears a disturbance behind her, and looks at it as does Esmeryl.
They see a trio of Decepticons keeping a 4th at bay. It's the offensive bot from earlier, that 4th one.
"Don't man! You don't now who they are! It's your first time here, so calm down." one of the three says reassuringly. "They'll slag you in an astro-second if you mess with them! And no one will get out of her in one piece."
"They're femmes! How tough could they be?!" He replies in a shout shaking free, and pulls his hand gun at them. "Boss me around will ya?! I'll teach you both your place!" he shouts at the pair of femmes.
Half the bar drags nearly the other half to cover, and the room is quickly abandoned short of a few sticking around to watch the brawl. The barkeep sighs "Fragging buttplates, not again!" then hurries to the kitchen, and out of the dining room.
It seems this has happened before.
The offender looks down the sights at the femmes getting a tad nervous. He doesn't have his pals backing him up for one. He also sees that his pals were right, it seems. His hand starts to shake.
He feels hands rest on his shoulder that makes him jump a bit.
"Now now, calm down." Discord chimes in. "Megatron would hate it if you started a fight and cost him valuable resources. And if you don't put that weapon down, this Sweep is going to rip out your back strut." She gives a silly giggle.
The offensive bot lowers his gun, and walks out much to the delight of the returning patrons who knew what would happen if a brawl happened with her 2 drinking buddies involved. Namely this one would be shut down for a few cycles while broken items are replaced. She really didn't like loosing access to her favorite drinking area.
She clasps her hands together then joins Lyzack, and Esmeryl. "I love being so very persuasive. Though I was hoping he'd give me an excuse to hurt him. That Slag-ball really gets on my nerves." She says as if she knew him from before as she settles in having a seat.
Lyzack nods in agreement. "Yeah, he didn't exactly make a wonderful first impression on us either. So, you finished your mission?" she asks casually.
Discord nods, ordering a fine oil. "On the house for stopping the brawl." The Waitress bot chimes.
She smiles at the waitress bot, then replies to Lyzack. "Yeah. The trap on the moon didn't go as planned, and the war goes on. I got some repairs, and helped my kin in their hunt, then came here." She leans in a bit to her friends. "But, I'm ever vigilant. I know it goes without saying, but you'll keep me informed if there's an Anti-Sweep mentality, hm? Maybe if there's any odd goings on, too?" She grins.
Esmeryl laughs a bit. "Naturally, Discord." she replies with Lyzack nodding in agreement.
"Good. It's so hard getting trustworthy people, you know?"
Discord receives her drink, and sips it."Ah, that's a good octane." She says to herself.
She didn't want to think about Lyzack's ideals. Or Esmeryl's, really. The idea of peace can be a disturbing one.
And future generations? She couldn't foresee most of these Decepticons getting a family let alone herself getting one. Still without families the Decepticons would eventually go extinct. As would the Autobots, but who here gives a slag about them? Well, Lyzack, and Esmeryl, maybe. She won't ask though. At least not here.
She could agree about one thing Lyzack and Esmeryl idealize, and that's protection of what you value most. Granted her the things she values are far narrower than theirs.
All that concerned her was keeping the sweeps in good graces and alive, and maybe her drinking buddies. She's grown to like them enough having met with them a few times.
They seemed to be the rare genuinely civil people, though Esmeryl is a tad brash, like herself, eager to dismember anyone that makes them mad.
Lyzack seems to have good motivations, and fights as hard as any other, maybe harder, but she seems too green, and caring which isn't a safe way to be in this army.
If it wasn't for knowing Lyzack she'd possibly call her a sympathizer, too. Lyzack's been known to spare lives a bit too often, and has a wanting for peace.
Still, Lyzack disables the Autobots well enough to help force the retreat. As long as she helps her side win, and doesn't defect, that's all well and good, hm?
Esmeryl is another story. She couldn't figure her out. All she knew is that she's close to Lyzack, and tends to carry herself like she were born to lead. Li Her prowess on the field isn't the greatest in terms of kills, but she does trash a lot of bots to the point they barely get away under their own power. And she does it with style.
They spend some time drinking, and talking, though some drank less than others, and some talked less. They got to know each other though neither of the three have been active too long and spoken of their past before, and due to that the talk broke down to tactical scenarios, going as far as to use condiment dispensers, cups, and packets of energon goodies to help illustrate.
Of course these scenarios only shown that they were fairly keen of mind, but none of the scenarios were based on real battles and were built with limited data based on their war stories, however limited those were.

While not battling he likes to compete in streetraces on Earth, usually leaving the other racers defeated and their cars totaled.

Weaknesses: Explosive weaponry
Sample Post: South Australia, Australia, Earth
Streetracers were heard by Swiftscreech as he looked around at the city lights of Adelaide, the streetracers were racing towards the mountain he was standing on "Here's something I haven't seen in a while, a sprint. Time to slag these morons" he said to himself. He transformed and sped down the mountain road, ready to collide with the first car.
The racer in the lead saw Swiftscreech, but was not able to dodge him. "No mercy!" Swiftscreech shouted. His alt. mode weapons stayed hidden, he couldn't even remember the last time he used them. He came to a stop and did a u-turn. The other two racers passed him. Swiftscreech accelerated. First, he rammed one racer up the back. Then he used a pit-maneouver like the one he saw one of the "Cops" do once on the second racer. Before he could make his move on the first racer again, he saw a blinding light in the sky. "What in the name of Primus is that?!" he said and came to a stop then transformed. "Swiftscreech?" the light said. Swiftscreech realised it was a transformer when he saw it transform. "Falldown? What are you doing here?" he asked "I've come to tell you to go to the battle, you've been called in. We need all the troops we can get. Even worthless scrap metal like you"

Profile: Blaster likes to turn it up loud. That goes for the way he does everything: fighting, talking, playing- living! If Blaster is involved, he makes his presence known. He is in the forefront of any situation. But aside from the things he normally does in the course of being an Autobot, he has a special passion: Rock 'n' Roll. His ability to monitor radio transmissions has exposed him to many Earthen musical styles, all of which he finds interesting. But it is rock music- good, hard and loud- that really sparks his circuits. He'd much rather be lost in the sound of a searing guitar solo than fight Decepticons. However, when called upon he will do what he must for the Autobot cause, albeit reluctantly at times. As Blaster likes to point out, "I hate changing channels in mid-song."
Abilities: Blaster can assume the form of a light-armored hover-tank, much like that of Soundwave's. In addition to performing the normal functions of a tank, he can receive radio signals on all frequencies. He can detect signals with power outputs as weak as a millionth of a watt. His ability to transmit radio signals up to 4000 miles makes him the communications center for the Autobots. In robot form he carries an electro-scrambler gun, which emits powerful waves of electromagnetic energy that disrupt the operations of all but the most heavily shielded electrical devices. In theory, the gun should interfere with the minute electrical impulses of the human nervous system, but Blaster has never used the gun on a human.
Weaknesses: Blaster's most obvious weakness is for rock 'n' roll. He will walk unwittingly into a trap for the promise of hearing some new tunes. Radio static has the effect of hampering his operation and even, if strong enough, knocking him out completely.

Profile: Eject could be described, in Earth terms, as an ‘armchair quarterback.’ He always has some kind of comment about what maneuvers should be performed, both before and after the fact. Eject is a big time sports aficionado, he tends to define everything in sports terms; surprise attacks are “blitzes,” successful hits are “goals,” etc. His fellow Autobots (or teammates in Eject’s terminology) appreciate the enthusiasm with which Eject announces things even when they don’t know what he’s talking about. Eject loves the passion and camaraderie of sports teams and their fans, since those feelings don’t exist outside of warfare on Cybertron, where all but the most violent, gladiatorial “sports” have been rendered obsolete by the Decepticons. When the war is over, Eject hopes to bring the positive aspects of sports back to the Transformers’ culture
Abilities: Eject was all the high-speed verbalizing skills of a play-by-play announcer. In addition, he can tap into, monitor, and decode multiple electronic frequencies from disparate media simultaneously. In robot mode, he carries a pair of electric overload rifles that temporarily short out the cerebro-circuitry in a Transformer’s neural cluster.
Weaknesses: Eject sometimes unintentionally ignores important transmissions and information in favour of sports broadcasts.

Profile: Rewind has an unquenchable desire for knowledge, and he seeks is out voraciously. Unforetuneately he’s particularly fascinated by tidbit of trivial information, like the number of support arches in a regulation gladiatorial arena in the era of Sentinel Prime. When not focused on some other task, he’s got his attention securely focused on unearthing more arcane factoids to amuse himself and his comrades with. Although he’s somewhat more reserved than his comrade Eject, Rewind is a friendly mechanoid who’s popular among his comrades. His superiors only object when his entertaining question-and-answer trivia games distract the Autobots from more pressing work.
Abilities: Rewind is extremely intelligent and highly skilled in all known physical and electronic information archiving and retrieval technologies and methods. He has a specially designed internal light-matrix based memory system with a near infinite capacity for data storage. He can instantly add and retrieve information; he can also release some of the light energy into a blinding beacon. He is armed with two adhesion rifles that fire unbreakable metal-bonding glue.
Weaknesses: Rewind’s quest for trivia can sometimes draw his attention away from his research. He is prone to suffering painful headaches when he tries to absorb too much information too quickly.

Profile: Ramhorn breaks all beings into two categories: those who respect his territory and those who don’t. Those who do are tolerated; while those who do not are destroyed. For Ramhorn, only this simple outlook on life is acceptable. He’s so protective of his territory that even fellow Autobots have to be careful around his things to keep from being roughed up by the easily angered warrior. Those who’ve tried to to get an answer about from him are told that it all “boils down to respect,” before Ramhorn gives them a preemptive thrashing just to “teach them a lesson.” Most have learned to deal with Ramhorn from a safe distance, but the furious Ramhorn does have a softer side. Although he’s as harsh to his comrades as he is to his foes, he won’t tolerate anyone threatening someone whom he feels has treated him with respect. Several conscientious Autobots, Blaster included, benefit from a fierce protector whom they’re not even aware of.
Abilities: Ramhorn is extremely strong and powerful in his rhino mode; his nearly unstoppable charge can overturn a fully-loaded 18-wheeler with ease. He is armed with two missile launchers, each of which can fire three independently targeting laser-guided heat-seeking rockets. These projectiles can hit target up to 12 miles away. In cassette mode, Ramhorn can produce powerful vibrations that can destroy any machinery he’s in contact with.
Weaknesses: His bad attitude makes Ramhorn a poor warrior when it comes to following orders.

Profile: Steeljaw is as tenacious as the infamous bite for which he is named. His behavior when on a tracking mission is so single-minded that his comrades consider him cold or blatantly rude for acting as if he’s too good to interact with them. On the trail of a target, Steeljaw will brush past a fellow Autobot without even acknowledging him and carry on with the hunt. This attitude gets Steeljaw lumped in with the antisocial Ramhorn, but blaster knows that it’s just a sign of Steeljaw’s professionalism. On the inside, Steeljaw is as concerned about his allies as anyone.
Abilities: Steeljaw possesses great strength and intelligence as well as a phenomenal endurance. Coupled with his complex scanner system, which can track trace scents and allows him to see the entire electromagnetic spectrum, this makes him one of the most successful trackers among the Autobots. In robot mode, his jaws can cut through a foot-thick chuck of steel with one pass. Once his jaw closes on something, little short of destruction can get him to let go. As a cassette, Steeljaw can use an internal electromagnet to attach himself to metallic object; this often helps him save fuel while tracking. Armed with four stun guns that cause a mechanoid target to seize up for easy capture.
Weaknesses: Steeljaw is prone to rusting in humid environments.

Profile: Long ago, Grand Slam supported neither side in the war that divided Cybertron between the Autobots and the Decepticons. He was a news correspondent from the old school, devoted to maintaining his journalistic integrity. Grand Slam had covered conflicts on over a hundred worlds, always sending his message back to Cybertron in a fair and unbiased fashion. When the Autobot/Decepticon conflict began heating up, he returned to Cybertron to cover the story. He was offered unprecedented access by the Decepticon army, who hoped to use Grand Slam insisted on telling the whole story, including tales of Decepticon atrocities and war crimes, the Decepticons resorted to torturing him and imprisoning him. Grand Slam was rescued by an Autobot commando squad, and was eventually won over to the cause because of their genuine concern for the innocent and helpless. He has since dedicated himself to recording the grin reality of war, from the eerie stillness before a battle to the horrifying screams of the wounded afterward, hoping that it will serve as a warning to future generation across the galaxy about the true cost of war.
Abilities: Grand Slam is a skilled journalist. In tank mode he possesses above-average strength and twin repulsor that repel everything from shrapnel to Transformers. He’s also capable of discharging a smokescreen. Grand Slam can record and access up to 241 vorns worth of continual audio recording.
Weaknesses: All of Grand Slam’s armaments are completely defensive and thus ineffective for attack. He is stubborn and will sometimes put himself at great risk to get all the facts of a story.

Profile: Raindance is a flashy and talkative Autobot who wants to use his position as a video reporter to make himself an intergalactic star of the Autobot/Decepticon war. He’s constantly irritated that he can’t be in the shots he takes of whatever story he’s covering. His partner Grand Slam is greatly agitated by Raindance’s lack of objectivity and by his willingness to interfere in battle when covering stories, while Raindance is frustrated by the elder reporter’s strict code of journalistic ethics. Despite his thrill-seeking and self-glorifying tendencies, Raindance is a dedicated documenter who will take any risk to record the best images of an event. He’s glib, funny and popular with the thousands of stories to tell about the exciting battles he has covered. Grand Slam just wishes Raindance would stop looking at war as a vehicle for stardom and start treating it with more respect.
Abilities: Raindance has above-average intelligence and an exceptional skill at photography and cinatography. In jet mode, he’s got excellent maneuverability and can reach speeds off 300 mpf for 150 miles. He is also equipped with anti-gravity projectors that allow him to hover. He’s armed with two air-to-air missiles which are ostensibly only for self defence. He’s capable of recording up to 24 vorns of images.

Profile: Charmburn is a new Autobot, during her early year she study general medicine but eventually she specialize in alternative mode. On Cybertron she use date base collected from earth and she try to apply it to her race. She was inspired by the Asian continent method like the acupuncture, and body energy system. Charmburn is very social and professional; she will always listen first and try to gain as much information before taking an action. She is not at all a warrior and in combat situation she will use her speed to flee the conflict and try to have backup from warrior Autobot. Charmburn is very social and will try to understand every individual that she interacts with in order to eventually help them. She thinks that the keg of the conflict between Autobot and Decepticon is planet Earth because of the energy resource that one day will be rare again on Cybertron. For her research is a big factor in other for Autobot to gain an edge over Decepticon.
Abilities: If you have a problem and you need to talk, Charmburn is the best Autobot for this. She will make you a session that will boost you up. First of all her Energy impulse finger will massage your head circuit and clear all your positronic stress so you will be back on track to kick some Decepticon butt. You have some part problem and need some oil, Charmburn will be glad to help you and fix you so you will look a 100 years younger. Also Charmburn can project you small hologram, generally she will create an environment peaceful for you. Now, if you are in a combat situation with her, what can you expect as partner, well not much! She only have a Ion Pulse Canon that will slow one opponent for 5 second so she can transform in her sport bike form, and retreat at 186 mph. The second weapon she has is a small laser pistol that will not help much. Because she is only 7 foot tall it easy for her to go in human building or use human weapon if necessary.
Weaknesses: Well Charmburn is only 7 foot, so if she is stuck in a corner and you are a Decepticon of 15 feet or more there is a good chance that you will crush her. The second weakness is that she is not at all combating oriented; in a brawl a human will probably beat her. Her firepower is also limited she will not do much damage to any Cybertron warrior. Don’t expect her to jump in a fight or take some risk that are not calculate she will back up unless the consequence of not doing an action will cause more damage to her are her friend.

Profile: Nothing escapes Streetwise's notice. He dutifully records the most seemingly insignificant details knowing full well he may have use of such information later. So readily does he adapt to any environment that his fellow Protectobots suspect he possesses a mysterious eighth sense in addition to the seven standard senses with which he was built (sight, hearing, touch, smell, short-range radiowave transmission, magnetic sensitivity, and electric sensitivity). The truth is, Streetwise simply has an amazing capacity for understanding. He easily grasps local dialects; slang expressions instantly become part of his vocabulary. Once he sees a map of a new city, he drives through its streets as if he were born there. And he's as doggedly determined as he is clever. Nothing can deter Streetwise from seeking his prey- except an empty fuel tank.
Abilities: In car mode, Streetwise can reach speeds of 180 mph. His range is 400 miles. He has an energon net launcher on the back that can shoot a net up to 50 yards away. The net will hold a large robot for an hour before dissipating. Streetwise can use this net in robot mode by having it materialize in his hands. In robot mode, he carries a photon pistol that shoots light bursts with the equivalent brightness of 5,000-watt light bulbs, enough to temporarily blind all but those whose optical sensors are the most heavily shielded. He combines with his fellow Protectobots to form the giant robot known as Defensor.
Weaknesses: In car mode, Streetwise sometimes overheats as a result of the unceasing manner in which he hunts his enemies.
