I think I am going to keep Spike... He'll work well enough as Daniel in my display.
And I'm actually pretty excited to have two sets of the Stunticons...
Other than my Sharkticons, I'll actually have a set of figures displayed in their alt modes!

There are multiple reasons—
First, I’m nearing the end of my collecting days…
My main wants are the rest of the Dinobots & Insecticons. Anything along the way to those last 4 is just a bit of icing.
So getting two sets of Stunticons is just a part of making a big outro from the game.
Next, I like Decepticons more than Autobots.
While I love the Constructicons, Stunticons aren’t too far behind.
Motormaster & Breakdown are my favorites of that group.
Like I mentioned, I plan on displaying the second set in vehicle mode, so having that trailer won’t go to waste. But even if/when I display them in bot mode, for me it will still be worth it.
Lastly, when Target had that promotional sale on toys, between that, a few gift cards, & having a Redcard, I think I landed the 2 Motormasters for $120-ish total.
Pretty sweet deal imo…
I’m also skipping a decent amount from Legacy, which made the overall cost easier to justify.

That’s actually the main reason I’m bowing-out… I’ll spend $30 for each of the last two Insecticons if I have to,& whatever Snarl &/or Swoop cost, but past that, I’m out… It’s not worth it for me. I’ll invest in more art supplies, & my drum kit…
Not to mention , this collection is materialistic, & easily the most materialistic aspect of my life.
And I want to step away from it completely.
I also am done collecting items that end up being packed and stored away… Again imo, that’s really stupid… Beyond stupid. I’m only doing that with the older items in my collection (from 2007-2010-ish).
This doesn’t mean I don’t enjoy what I have. I do relatively speaking for what it is.
But I can see the finish line…
And in some ways I’m as excited about making my outro as I am getting that last handful of figures.

I can appreciate the engineering of those 1 steps and the fact that the trailer can turn into a base. Plus there's stickers to apply!
That Rescue Bot set is way more G1 in spirit than any SS or Generations toys can ever be.
Pure fun, no frustrations.

Spike and Guard arrived on Thursday from Amazon and BBTS respectively.

Then I found Junkheap at a Target yesterday.

Guard and Junkheap are nice. Spike is just meh, the $8.49 Amazon sale price got me to bite. At least the blast effects are nice?

Some ebay hauls.

First I got the SS20 Retro set Bumblebee (my friend bought me the cassettes). Better than expected but the cannon and the battlemask will be in storage.

To "complete" my G1 reissue Blaster, I bought the original G1 Steeljaw and Eject. Both 100% complete, both absurdly expensive. At least Steeljaw's weapons can store on Blaster but unfortunately, not Eject's.

Finally, R.E.D Reformatted Megatron to go with my Behold Galvatron. Barely 10$can more expensive than retail simply because of the shipping! His accessories will be box-warmers. This make for a kick-ass Reformatted display despite the lack of scale.

I took advantage of that Hasbro Pulse sale and I already got my order 4 days later! The fact that the weekend was part of those 4 days is amazing!

Anyway I finally got SG Goldbug and Blurr, plus Hades Megatron. All at normal DELUXE prices, even when counting shipping... even Hades Megatron!
