He's fun, and yes it's a good transformation for the vehicle front. And I think it's pretty clever how his Cyber Key jack does a different thing in either mode.Emerje wrote:Dirt Boss is an underrated figure. It's fun and more figures should have a similar transformation for a vehicle front end.

TR Galvy's transformation would actually work with being converted into an approximation of Energon Megs. The feet and kneepads would end up on the wrong ends of the altmode, but still.

I'll do you one better and say they should have used the Super Megatron retool. They had already budgeted for a higher price, might as well use a mold that has a proper jet mode with wings that are pretty similar to the Cybertron figure, too.
They could... although the Pulse SG comics ignore the Funpub ones anyway don't they?Emerje wrote:I'm sure they could explain the tank mode, extra face and chest away in the comic, maybe even take a note from that G1 prototype and sneak Galvatron in there, too.

Good haul. I still need to get Fasttrack (and Black Roritchi).Burn wrote:Hauls for the month, yeah the month's not over but I don't see myself getting anything in the next day and a bit.
Mostly just playing catch up to fill a couple of gaps.
Prime was an Op (Thrift) shop find for $4. No way I would have paid full retail when it first came out, definitely a figure for the younger kids in mind (though even then it feels a little TOO simplified).
Fasttrack because ... Scorponok demanded.
Gen Selects Hubcap because ... reasonably cheap.
WFC Apeface because ... already had Snapdragon. Really need to get the G1 versions of these two.

Nice haul!
Rodimus Prime wrote:I've been considering the Astro Squad as well. Are they worth the price?
Very nice. What shape are his electronics and O-ring in?D-Maximal_Primal wrote:My G2 collection just got a little extra Jolt.

He's a very cool figure and I'm glad to finally have my hands on him.
Rodimus Prime wrote:Yes, I'm a big fan of shuttleformers, the only one I haven't gotten so far is Siege Astrotrain and Galaxy Shuttle. Still might change my mind on Shuttle, because of the colors and because he'll never see the train mode. I just never saw the Astro Squad anywhere, unless they were online exclusives? I know Amazon had them.

By the way, how many people here own both Crosswise and Draculus?

Two?
One for you, one for a friend?
Or one to keep as is and one to mod into a proper headmaster?
