it's then for three reasons
1. I have enough time off to actually dedicate myself to running it.
2. I assume people will play a little less, meaning i'll have less work to do.
3. As less people will play it's more likely to find yourself in missions with someone else who is also on the hunt.

Yea, that makes perfect sense to me. Also, I would imagine, that since the scoring will be ratio-based, less missions entered/less time played won't affect the scores as much as if scoring were based soley on the actual scalps taken.
