It looks like it could be from Babylon 5, though I'm not sure whose ships they are. But the style looks right. At first I thought maybe it was from the Centauri-Narn war but after a quick image I think they are from another alien race involved in the greater Shadow War.

He couldn't remember, unfortunately, or I would have provided that information.

Along the way I watched Carranger vs. Ohranger. That was a disaster. Ohranger never figured out what it was and took itself too seriously. Contrasting that with a show that did know what it was and did not take itself seriously led to a pathetic crossover story and complete waste of time.
On the other hand, Megaranger vs. Carranger was great! However I have one gripe and that's with the power up Megaranger gets. That was a great power up and it would been nice if the writers would have thought that power up up as part of the show, especially leading up to the final battles rather than creating it only for a crossover event.
With that I am all caught up and ready for GoGoV! I just hope the subs are complete by the time I get to the last ten episodes.

Is there a reason for this, like are bandai japan and bandai america going to share the mold instead of each of them making a new version?
Or is this in the vein of 'lessons learned' from G-12 formation, and, by making the base paperweight zord smaller, they can go to more extremes

I'm gonna go with option two. And if Bandai America does decide to bring this over without any changes I will be happy for kids and collectors who cannot afford to import from Japan.

Also, the first episode for the reboot of Kamen Rider Amazon is out, no English subtitles, but this series kind of looks awesomely gritty.

- Cubes #7 Crocodile, #8 Wolf and #9 Rhinos have been revealed: all three combine into ZyuOh TheWorld's mech: Tousai Zyuoh. Of note is that Rhinos isn't a "cube", he's a carrier zord and forms most of the mech's body. Wolf forms the head and Crocodile forms a fist
- One more Cube Weapon: Komori (bat) that forms a boomerang.
- Remember that Cube Crocodile forms a fist? That should give you an idea of what the combined form of Zyuoh King, Zyuoh Wild and Tousai Zyuoh, Wild Tousai King, would look like. I'll be short:
1.) Lion and Elephant form the feet, in cube form
2.) Rhinos forms the legs, chest cavity and shoulders
3.) All Weapons attach to the sides of the legs
4.) Wolf and Crocodile form the fists
5.) Shark and Tiger are shoulder fillers, in Cube form
6.) Eagle and Gorilla, in Cube form, are placed in the chest cavity, and the head is placed on top.
7.) The "pencil" and Gorilla's cannon serve as its weapons.
- Thought that was the end? Hardly: Red gets his mandatory power up via the Whale Change Gun, basically a Cube that unfolds into a cube-shaped gun akin to those transforming truck and jet RP guns from the 2007 Movie. The animal of choice: the whale, and he gets his own Cube Animal, Cube Whale, that transforms and combines with all cubes released (!). I can tell you this: it involves stacking them... did I mention it's a whale?
- Finally, the obligatory red mech retool: #0 Cube Condor... who's retooled from Cube Gorilla and uses the "pencil" as a neck.
Uhm... thoughts?

Personally I continue to be utterly disinterested in Zyuohger's mecha. The show is nice enough, but the toys are very uninspiring.

by the by, Wild Tousai Zyuoh has set a new record with the most components in a single combo:
Engine-Oh G12/RPM Ultrazord: 12
Kyoryu Samurai Ha-Oh/Samurai Shark GigaZord: 12
Wild Tousai Zyuoh: 13
Looks less clustered with most components being Cube-shaped, that helps tremendously.
:EDIT: if you want to count the Headders as separate mechs, Hyper Ground Gosei Great still holds the crown with a tremendous 19. The rundown:
Great: 5
Datas Hyper: 2
Ground: 3
Land, Sea and Sky Brothers: 9

Um... This new take on RR doesn't come close to some the hot, edgy female villains of Super Sentai. If anything this is toned down. Remember Shelinda?

The hairdo screams Divatox, but the rest looks like the secret love child of Uma Thurman's Poison Ivy and Willem Dafoe's Green Goblin.
