Target supply is so inconsistent... I get gift cards from work as a health incentive (I've been using them to pay for all of my Titans and Commanders over the last three years outright). I can get a Target gift card, but not BBTS. Normally I go with Amazon, but I had GameStop Pro membership and $15 in rewards through that so I was saving twice over, that's the only reason I decided to go with GameStop.

Still no reply from GameStop.

Gee, that really is crappy of them. Being prepaid should guarantee the item first of all, but then to try and claim a payment decline as the reason for cancelation seems as if they don't know WTF is even going on. lol
Also, seems to be a complete refund in points is bare minimum necessary to allow repurchase.

Funny thing is there was a part of the email that said, "If you would like to complete your purchase, please attempt a different form of payment" except there's no such option, they just cut me off automatically. They did give me back my reward points, though they're only giving me until the end of the year to use them online.

Damn, Emerje. That sucks...

I'm wondering what's gone on with SS86 Optimus in terms of production/distribution... There was a decent amount of "official" word that Hastak was going to work to make sure this figure was readily available. Imo, this hasn't happened. And this is me being objective-- I got my copy; so this isn't stemming from a place of bitterness or frustration from disappointment.
I've seen a couple listings online, but both were for $130+, and one of them was $152 before taxes.
Hopefully Hastak is on this and is looking to get more copies out there asap; not only would this be a good move right before Christmas, it that's not the plan, early '25 would be good as well.

I'm also ready to see the next two Constructicons. Tbh, these first two aren't as good as what I was expecting. So I'm hoping the other 4 help improve the overall set.

Lastly, in just over a month and a half Amazon is supposed to be delivering my SS86 Galvatron. Looking forward to this figure and an improved color scheme.

Compared to UM I think Prime was handled fairly well, he was in stock for Pre-order longer and also had in stock listing once he arrived. Several online sites still have him either in stock or available for preorder at MSRP. Assumedly for the "restock" but who knows how that will turn out.

I made sure to preorder prime day one even though I wasn't sure I even wanted it, I wasn't going to take the same chance being undecided that I did with UM. I still haven't opened Prime because I had to box up all my Transformers for an expected move.

What really sucked is they didn't even get back to me until last Wednesday to see if I still needed help. Well yeah, of course I needed help and I hadn't gotten my refunded gift card yet. They never did give me an explanation but they also never sent the refund, they only sent me a digital gift card last weekend when I complained I hadn't been refunded, I guess they just were just hoping I wouldn't notice. :roll:

Correct. Only Scrapper strangely was on Walmart.ca and now sold out. No sign of Bonecrusher.

I'm happy to finally see the Blue G2 SS86 Grimlock getting a release in AotP next year, but I heard that the normal, regular SS86 Grimlock is getting reissued next year too.

Is that a straight re-release, or will it have some minor differences like maybe a clearer chest plate? :-?

Many upgrade kits already fixed that ages ago. Especially the expensive DNA Design kit that mod Wheelie into a proper Transformers.

Many upgrade kits already fixed that ages ago. Especially the expensive DNA Design kit that mod Wheelie into a proper Transformers.

Man, CC Optimus still eludes me. Target said there was one in stock 30 miles from work so I ordered it with the intent to drive over after my shift ended Friday morning. Then I got an email saying it was "unavailable". Not out of stock like the other stores around, "unavailable." That just sounded like they had it but couldn't be bothered to go get it. Sucks because between my Red card discount and a 15% off an $80 purchase discount the price came to $78. And then they had the gall to say I cancelled the order because I didn't pick an alternative item. So that's now the second time I've had this figure cancelled on me so it looks like I'll be waiting for a second run, I refuse to pay more than MSRP.

No idea. They gave me a set of things in the same price range to choose from as a replacement, but since I didn't want any of them they said it was me that canceled. Apparently they treat very specific toys the same way they would an alternative cat food or a different color shirt. :roll:

I will say that doesn’t quite seem like a CC package…. It’s obviously way more than Leader class, but idk, throw in some blast effects? I know it wasn’t in the movie, but even a large sword for Devy?

Both Hook and Long Haul look awesome. This has boosted my excitement for this set.
What a ginormous improvement for Long Haul from CW. And Hook looks better as well.

Long Haul may be the best of the 4 we've seen so far.
I know Evan said these guys are basically the same height as SS86 Ironhide and Ratchet, but I'd still like to see these next to some other figures; Soundwave, a seeker, a deluxe like Sideswipe... Just to get a better look at their scale.

Also, my friend just gave me a heads-up; PvP has a review up for SS86 Galvatron.

I definitely like the new deco... I knew I did before this video, but getting these closer looks was good confirmation, including that I like the grays and dark grays better than black. As I mentioned in another post, the gray paint for the face is so much better than the metallic silver, and the previous version's main color was way too red-violet.
I am considering canceling my preorder and waiting to see if this goes on sale... It just seems random which figures do drop in price later on.

This is probably late news, but I just saw via a review on YouTube that SS86 Megatron does not share a mold with AotP Megatronus. In fact, Megatronus is a rare, single use mold (as of right now).

Can someone remind me, is SS86 Megatron wave 2 or 3? I know I saw different news/leaks that said both, and now I can't remember which is correct.

I wanna say the last wave breakdown we got said Wave 2/July, but we also know that the wave contents have been shuffled since then to move at least the Constructicons around and that wave breakdown didn't even include the Deluxe TF One Elita, so who knows if that's still the case.
