Takara also did an exclusive release for their G1 figs in the 80s

I had does coupons in my TFG1 JP versions

Magazine has/was released last November 2015. Not sure of the deadline for the coupon though. Hlj's already sold out.

In other toy news, and still thanks to site sponsor TFSource, we have an update to the Transformers Adventure line from Takara Tomy, bringing to the Japanese market some of the recently released Robots in Disguise molds we've seen elsewhere in the world. In vehicle mode the amount of details and everything let me guess that he's at best a Deluxe/Warrior class figure, but I don't get the price point of $75,99. :HEADHURTS:

Maybe he ripped off Tarn's face and wears it as a mask now. :twisted:

Yeah, that thing looks like a chest Mini-Con or something like that (like on Liokaiser's members in bot mode) but the one sitting on the ground has a different color.

Looks like that minicon might be some kind of bird. attached to Prime's chest, you can see it has some little talon/feet. I'd be willing to bet those clear wings can come off Prime and attach to the mini-fal-con.

That Optimus' engineering looks like some hybrid of the big honkin' Beast Hunters OP and the Gen/GDO Cyber Commander OP from last year. Can't say it appears to be a re-tool of either, but reminiscent of them at least.

Not really, this one doesnt have a functional trailer. So its not a fix, just a new version of the same design as the deluxe mold. Speaking of that deluxe, both that toy adn the legion have a better truck mode than this one :SICK:

Thats not the real price of the toy, you shouldnt judge it by that. Thats just the price americans have to pay if they want to buy from TF Source and not ship him from japan. It has nothing to do with the worth of the toy or how much it cost to make.

The real price is probably the same as any leader figure, so 50$. Has as much if not more detail than the leader seekers, so it sounds fair.
