What I do not understand is why as I am living in California is it only hitting 70 degrees. We are in summer, it is supposed to be 80's and 90's maybe even 100 degrees. However while everyone is experiencing lovely warm weather, going to the beach means it is always two degrees cooler, water at 68 degrees is not that great, 80 yes 68 no.

Also on a side-note here. Has anyone purchased Starcraft 2?

I'm in cali too, and the only difference I've really noticed is the higher humidity its got worse the last few years.

I've been to SoCal a couple times when it's been cool during summer. AX & SDCC '96 was mild almost the entire 2 weeks we were there.

Yes. Lived her for 30+ years. We've always had some humidity but not like the last say 5 years.

Hey I'm not complainin about this cool california summer. also depends what city in california. here in the bay area its nice, buy Chico is still hot (was 109 the other weekend when I went there).

besides the rest of the US Just had a massive heat wave.

I heard that in the 80's, everyone was scared of global cooling. That MUST be why California is so cool this year
