Did you create your team before the September crash or after the game came back on Sept. 30? If you created the team before the Sept. 30 restart, everyone's team was erased and had to be rebuilt.

The server crashed last month and all the information was lost. Everyone lost their teams.
If you have further questions feel free to contact an HMW mod. We cannot give out exp, energon, weapons, etc., but if you have character names you need back we can do that.
