That reminds me, we still haven't heard news on who Gregg Berger's playing, have we?

They already aired those last four episodes.Red 50 wrote:Man, I wonder why they even put the series on if they're going to make so many stupid edits? And they're cutting the end of the season? I guess they realized that if they'd edit those four last episodes the same way they'd have only about five-minute-episodes left.

It's because the CW is a terrestrial television network, which has stricter business standards and practices. Cable networks like the Hub can get away with more things since they have less strict BSnP. Prime is a show that was made with cable broadcasting in mind, thus its content was not up to the standards of terrestrial television as it was.TheBossII wrote:Sure sounds like vortexx likes to butcher good cartoons. Any other cartoons they have butchered?
65 five is the magic number for syndicated television. It enables shows to be aired for 13 weeks before rotation, and provides flexibility in the program scheduling.TheBossII wrote:Also i would like to know who wrote the rules saying that cartoons have to be 65 episodes? This series could of kept on going for at least one more season.

Rescue Bots. Thus far, it's had a whopping 26 episodes in its first season. Season 2 just finished its production, so that'll be another 26 to make 52. No word yet on a third season.F Prime wrote:I'm sure I forgot a series somewhere, but the point remains.

The Go-Bots TF cartoon also only had a measly four episodes.
Although, in your episode count did you also include all the direct-to-video episodes and/or tv specials, or no? I ask cuz some of the Japanese series got a few.
Well, in Energon's case, it had a TV special in Japan that was treated as an ordinary episode in its American release.F Prime wrote:Sabrblade wrote:Rescue Bots. Damn. I knew I'd forget one (or two, although I never would have remembered the Go-Bots cartoon.) I am not counting the direct to video or TV specials, just the main series' episodes.

He's always been comic relief. Just because he bumbles a few times doesn't means he's 100% incompetent. Even Waspinator managed a few successes in his day.G1 Smoketreader wrote:STARSCREAM: Return of the Gimp. You (Writers) spent so much effort and energy setting up his tale at the end of last season, now his Comic relief again. What a waste!
Megs obviously put Screamer in charge of the beast to test him. If Starscream fails to master the beast, he can still count on Predaking. If Starscream does succeed in mastering the beast, then so much the better. Either way, Megs wins.G1 Smoketreader wrote:Furthermore it's not even his fault anymore: Megatron is the incompetent nincompoop who keeps leaving the Predacon on the deck. Shockwave is one of those Pitbull owners who leaves his pet with anyone. Right now, I'm expecting Starscream to lose it and shoot/stab/execute Megz in the back at the final battle of this show.
The Pred's obviously been faking his lack of intelligence all this time. Ever since he first stirred in agitation at Starscream calling him a "mindless mute beast" back in episode 55.G1 Smoketreader wrote:PREDAKING: Yeah, right, Encino bot knows Cybertronian Windows now.
Simple. Earth was created when it formed around Unicron, and then later a bunch of Pred clones were sent to the planet during Earth's prehistoric times.G1 Smoketreader wrote:I'm waiting to see how the Predacon chronology ties into the Unicron chronology.Dark Eneron at the middle of this season kinda hints at the Unicron arc...
This is the final season.G1 Smoketreader wrote:Anyway, the series (Beast Hunters) is watchable. Hope you carry on with more seasons.
Right here. All these missions of going after Predacon bone relics. That's what they mean by "beast hunting". They're "hunting" the fossilized remains of "beasts".G1 Smoketreader wrote:Oh, by the way, that's right: as others have stated, WHERE IS THE BEAST HUNTING?

KNOCKOUT: Bromance, romance, flirting and a Gaylord.
"I find the idea of you fleshlings interfacing to be repulsive...base, this is Knockout requesting pickup..."
PREDAKING: Yeah, right, Encino bot knows Cybertronian Windows now.
Anyway, the series (Beast Hunters) is watchable. Hope you carry on with more seasons.

That's what "Predacons Rising" is gonna be. A TV movie to finish off the series after the final episode airs.TurboMMaster wrote:I already know this seazon is not long enough, I can only hope they gona make a movie:)

did Breakdown can have some greater role in this seazon (he could escape from Nemesis, and leater it can be revealed he is under Unicron control, also he could reactivate Nemesis)?,
And did Megatron get his upregade?

And maybe a way to see new predacons such as Ser-ket, Rip-claw, Lazerback, etc.

No one liked ROTD, did they.
