For this series, the main Decepticons for this show are, Underbite, Steeljaw, Hammerstrike, Bisk, Chop Shop, Terrashock, Thunderhoof, Filch, Springload, Ped, Quillfire, Fracture, and Clampdown. Of all these Decepticons, one of these is the actual boss, since that Megatron isn't here?

From the episode descriptions, it doesn't sound like any of them are in charge, since they appear to just break out and begin doing their own thing.

Actually we do. From reading the synopses one of the aforementioned Decepticons begins to organize them into an army, willingly or by force

I've been out of town for a couple of days. Glad to see so much excitement building for this show.
I feel like the "monster of the week" will be a nice change of pace. I like a good running plot line, but some times good action is all the entertainment I need. I love nothing more than to be immersed for months in the world of Legend of Zelda, but sometimes I just wanna play Mario Kart for a half hour.
So glad everyone is liking these Beast Cons. So far it is my favorite thing about this show.

I wouldn't necessarily call them newsworthy since, at this point, they'll just keep coming and coming like all the MP Star Saber stuff TFYuki keeps posting, with nothing really new in them since it's all just the same characters we already know about doing stuff we expect them to be doing (standing, looking, posing, fighting, getting into trouble, etc.).

One of those is correct. I'd say which one but some people have a real A**l clench about spoilers.

By the looks of Clampdown in the picture posted by Saberblade above, it seems that he turns into some kind of a car. Is the most likely a muscle car, exotic car, a boyracer, or a mixture of all three? As for Chop Shop, does he actually has a vehicle mode?

No one knows the exact altmodes of any of the Decepticons besides Steeljaw, Underbite, Chop Shop, kind of Bisk, and possibly Hammerstrike.

Good question. Maybe Bee feels this is a mission they should do on their own, without any kind of government support.
