You're more right than you think. After some searching this is indeed a ninja from a company called Soma. Looks like they did in fact do some some
wrestling figures and probably the ninja line later, but originally they were part of a fantasy line called, appropriately, Fantasy World.

Anyone know how to clean these toys? The plastic isnt solid in the face area and I dont wan to damage them. But dunking them in soapy water sounds like a nightmare since that water could stay around in them forever.
Hydrogen peroxide, it's a great cleaner because it doesn't react to plastic, doesn't harm paint (unless you're rubbing really hard), and wont make metal rust and evaporate quickly. It's often used to clean bare electronics and chips. Highly concentrated it can even whiten yellowed plastic and wont damage stickers. DO NOT use rubbing alcohol, it will damage the plastic and make it gummy.
