o.supreme wrote:Speaking of which...My apologies if this quesiton seems a bit absurd, but I havent purchased a TF at standard retail in a while. Since SS and AotP share the same packaging now...are they being shipped together? The reason I ask is I've experienced a similar situation at 3 different walmarts in my area. Each of the 3 had about 8 of the TF One BB's, 8 of the Devastation Primes, and One AotP Wasp. No Aerialbits or Solus at all.
-Kanrabat- wrote:I finally got Solus Prime and Prima Prime. Both are great in bot mode, but their vehicle mode looks incomplete with gaps exposed limbs. Plus, both of their transformations were quite fiddly. Let's hope the other Primes will be better.
o.supreme wrote:^Thank you. Makes sense. I just didnt know if with the new reduced amount of product hasbro is putting out if they are shipping sublines together now?
With there being 4 deluxes is the case breakdown just 2 of each (4x2=8) or is there 3 of one, and one short packed?

They're each in their own solid case.

I think o.supreme was asking about the AotP deluxes (Slingshot, Air Raid, Wasp and Solus Prime), which are an even 2x per case with nobody shortpacked. Devastation Prime and TF One Bee are solid cases themselves.
Nexus is a Voyager.o.supreme wrote:Correct me if I am mistaken, but of the 13 primes, there are only 4 we haven't seen any design for (other than the AoP poster art):
Liege Maximo, Quintus Prime, Amalgamous Prime, & Nexus Prime
I was just thinking about this last night. It is great we are getting proper toys of the 13, but the only one that really interests me is Nexus because of the Combiner aspect. I was thinking he might be revealed as a Commander Class toy for 2026. He could be designed in the same way as Legacy MM or AoP Silverbolt. basically to be a skeleton for an all new combiner. But in some way (kind of like Combiner Wars), he could mix-and-match different combiner parts to make his own combiner. Obviously because of the design used since Legacy there would be limitations: legs could only be legs, and arms could only be arms, but his design would have the freedom to incorporate whichever ones someone wanted.
I think it would be kind of cool. Hasbro I'm sure wants to try to make at least one Prime at every Price Point, and this seems to fit.

Have we seen Alpha Trion?

o.supreme wrote:^Well that's unfortunate. Unless his combiner gimmick is going to harken back to CW/UW/Potp, which I seriously doubt. Would be kind of odd that the Prime of Combiners wouldn't be combining with anything. I guess another option is, as a voyager he could be just a parts-former ala Trashmaster.

Sabrblade wrote:I'm getting "purple Vector Prime" vibes from that poster art.
Of course, the first time it happened turned out to be the SG version of the character as a surprise twist reveal, and it only happened that first time because BotCon at the time was limited to using pre-existing molds repainted with or without new heads, unlike Hasbro proper who can create all the new molds that they want.#1 Signal Lancer fan wrote:Though this wouldn't be the first time that Alpha Trion was a remold of Vector, so it could happen.

I'm guessing that they did this to keep Onyx as the "beast Prime" for this line.
