1) When will they reveal this beast?. Hopefully the next toy fair.
2) Is there a chance of a UK release?.
3) and Just how many Erectors can one man get about a toy that's not even been revealed yet.

Well, Erector is a pretty popular character in certain niche fangroups, so I guess it's concevable that you might want to get more than one. Personally I'm not a huge fan of Micromasters.
Mkall wrote:We've frequently seen the UK get various NA exclusives, so I'm optimistic. Hasbro spent a ton on these guys, there's no way that they wouldn't try to get as much money as possible from them.

Because then Hasbro would have to release six more products at the voyager price point, six more products that to parents will look exactly the same: large construction vehicles painted green and purple. Not to mention, Hasbro has to convince retailers to buy those waves of nigh-identical looking products and allocate all that shelf-space for a higher than normal price-point item. Releasing Devastator as a gift set to a toy specialty store makes perfect sense.
so it makes more sense for parents to shell out over 120 bucks on one toy vs 25 and that they can buy the others at later dates, im a parent myself and i know the difference in characters that my kids like and spending a lot on a toy that a kid may or may not keep in good condition is not very sensible
Which is why the target audience for this figure is very likely adult collectors and not kids. Sure, kids CAN play with it, it will be produced to U.S. toy safety standards as it will be sold as a "toy", and well-to-do parents are welcome to buy it for their children, but there's also a new line of kid-friendly, perfectly fine to treat without "kid gloves" Transformers with a brand-new TV show tie-in they could buy instead for much less money. Are you also upset that Masterpiece figures are very expensive and sold exclusively through TRU in the U.S.?

dont get me wrong that would be cool to see but........you know..........
There's just no pleasing some people.
Hasbro was way of the hook of my negatism when I heard the words Generations Arcee & Combiner Wars.
So they were in the clear for 2014, and are already way in the clear for 2015.
Dear gawd, I'm so going to buy every single Combiner Wars figure, eventhough I don't have the space for it.
And what's all this about Prowl? He's an Autobot car.
(yes I only follow the cartoons)
Ultra Markus wrote:lets back up here, nobody is upset, you are assuming that only adults buy geneations and kids only want the playschool ones, that is very false there are plenty of kids that want these generations TFs believe me not just adults, masterpiece is targeted for adult collectors generations are targeted for both kids and adults and then the playschool ones for the younger kids or those few adults who collect those too.

My Craponese is a little rusty. Does this translate to Power Core Combiners?

My apologies - yes, it does. I have a condition which sometimes causes me to substitute syllables in words which cause them to become a more accurate description of what the object/s being referred to are really like.....

No. I spent years studying Craponese, Stinklish, and, Poopoorean. I just haven't used them in a while.prjkt wrote:shajaki wrote:Cobotron wrote:Shockwave7 wrote: Crapper Crap Comcrapper

If he's anything like me, too much time on Internet forums make that an easy guess... The three words/correct number of syllables and the "com" part of the third word is what gave it away to me

Dont know about you guys, but I find this guy pretty awesome!
Oh man, imagine the fandom uproar if it did turn out to be Scoop, and either still being orange while the rest would be green (giving Devastator an orange leg), being green like the others but still wearing an Autobot symbol.MemphisR56 wrote:Whether this means scrapper will come back from the dead, or whether scoop's gonna go get himself repainted in green and purple, I have no idea.

GuyIncognito wrote:Don't hate on the PCCs! If it weren't for them, we might not be getting Combiner Wars. I bet Hasbro learned a lot about what DOESN'T work from making PCCs.
Also, they're still pretty cool in my book, especially the dino set.
Plus it gave us United EX from Takara. Sweet decos with nerdtastic stories.Shuttershock wrote:GuyIncognito wrote:Don't hate on the PCCs! If it weren't for them, we might not be getting Combiner Wars. I bet Hasbro learned a lot about what DOESN'T work from making PCCs.

999 ways NOT to make a light bulb and all that.
