Yeah, I got her out of the box and the first thing I noticed was the A-stance on the toes was all wrong!

Be careful though, on mine the upper parts near the knees were glued together or something, so you will probably need to apply some pressure to pull them apart once all 3 screws are undone, considering you need to fully pull the leg in half to get the foot off the hinge. Also make sure to do one and watch how the combiner thing is supposed to go back in!

But then you got the problem of the Elite-1 team lacking two members for a full combiner.

Btw what are the odds of Wave 4 revealing one more retool/redeco-ed figure? Because I could see a few possible option for a reuse of the Jazz mold, most notably Stepper and Hurricane. Or if they are feeling creative, I'm sure there are some Euro G1 or G2 car-bots they could go with. Unlikely but it would be cool.

Sorry, but the leaked Wave 4 showed only Novastar, the rest shown were repacks of:

- Dinobot Slug
- Blackwing
- Terrorcon Rippersnapper

Speaking of repacks, Jazz is slated for a Wave 3 re-release.

Well, I guess that's really it for POTP short of box sets, huh? Considering how poor distribution is around where I live, odds are by the time we're in 2019 there will be entire shelves of unsold PotP figures being discounted just like Titans Return ended up.

If there's a Shattered Glass reprolabel for Jazz down the line I could always pick up a spare Jazz, My collection could use an evil Mister T robot, fool.

Predakings Onyx prime is a special edition version with black outline. The regular release, that we saw in the promotional art, looks different.

I think we'll see some of them as wave 4 releases, probably the last 4 will show up in the same wave is my feeling. Just because we've seen some of wave 4 doesn't mean we've seen all of it.

At this point I wouldn't be surprised if they go the way of snapdragon and apeface, they should have been released in the line, but they aren't and we'll have to wait several years to get them in the war for cybertron trilogy

Very true, but you could also say that the revision waves prevented many people from getting wave 5 as well since the stores stocked up on the revision waves before wave 5 was available (if wave 5 ever was truly available).

Agreed, the revision waves really hurt me as we never got Titan Masters wave 3, instead getting revision wave 3, and we didn't get Deluxe wave 4 or 5, instead getting tons of Revision waves 3 and 4. It's easy to say it's the stores' fault for not ordering them, but I really don't think Hasbro ever had them in any great numbers. Some other countries (Canada) didn't have any trouble getting all six waves, but it's very odd that wave 4 was in short supply (saw it once at Target) and wave 5 was non-existent. Meanwhile both of my local Walmarts (which I should point out are considered different regions) had nothing but Deluxe wave 3 from December 2016 to November 2017 when wave 6 hit. Why would Hasbro make so many of them, and yet you couldn't go to TRU.com, Walmart.com, Target.com, and especially Hasbro's own HTS.com to buy waves 4 and 5. TRU.com and Target.com even had place holders up for wave 5 (TRU took theirs down after a week or so) so they at least planned to sell them, so where did those go? Wouldn't you assume that if major retailers aren't getting two waves then Hasbro must be sitting on literal tons of them in a warehouse somewhere? If not then where are they because they didn't go to market 6 and BBTS and TFSource certainly didn't move that many.

I absolutely hate the idea of revision waves the way Hasbro does them. They should be doing the same assortment with a modified packout rather than changing the lineup.

Ugh, just checked brickseek, not a single wal-mart or target in my area have nay wave 2

must have seen the complaints online about issues with wave 4 and 5 availablilty and didn't even use HTS for us in the states to have a chance at purchasing the toys that didn't make the holiday revision releases. I had to overpay for TR Windblade but I found a way to get for for free from Amazon so at least that worked. However I still don't have a fourth Titan Master deluxe I really wanted, Twin Twist) to even out my 's vs. 's at 4 each. HTS would have solved this for me. MSRP would have solved this on Amazon for me but their prices are almost always all over the place. I may have a new option now that I've seen Broadside's fan jet mode and how a certain 3rd party mad his ax to fill in and lock the legs together. Not sure I want the other addons as I've heard they prevent his arms for connecting in aircraft carrier mode. He had a good price on Amazon last I checked so I'm leaning towards completing my 's with Broadside and just the 3rd party weapons unless someone says those arm covers (which prevent the aircraft carrier connection) are absolutely necessary for jet mode.

I'm net expecting revisions to hurt wave 4 of PotP as so much of that wave appears to be revisions anyway and wave 3 should still be on the shelves with it. Plus it should include the 4 remaining Prime Masters of the total 12. And it's not like made so many new toys to work with this time around. But I could see revisions for the holidays that have one for the Dinobots and one for the Terrorcons. That shouldn't hurt the final 4 PM's, I hope. But it could hurt Novastar if I understand correctly that she is wave 4 with wave 3 focused on completing Abominus.

I'm also hoping Repugnus is actually a PotP mold so I can have an even number of limbs to form a combiner should I actually want to at some point (Starscream with Dreadwind, Blackwing, Blastoff, and a 3 wheeled $2 from a flea market Dragstrip minus weapons; Elita or Inferno (or even Sky Lynx, but doubtful) with Moonracer, Novastar, Jazz, and Repugnus). Man that would be an odd Autobot combiner

I'm still holding out hope that since Novastar was revealed she has been pushed up to Wave 3 somehow, (instead of the lone wave 4 figure) also there was no sign of the Inferno Voyager. I would not be sad if he was ditched altogether, we don't really need another of that mold if they don't have the unique deluxes to complete it.

Moving Novastar up to wave 3 would give me hopes for a full on NEW wave 4 to be released in the fall of 2018 that would be revealed at SDCC.

Box Set combiners again would be amazing, but who knows...

The inner robots are still the same, which may have been the deciding factor. Don't worry, I'd see them released as exclusives along with the upcoming Waverider.

If we're going to see a lot of repacks clogging shelves until War for Cybertron 2019 part of me is hoping some creative folks at Shapeways (as well as Toxhax) get some neat ideas with new parts and sticker sheets because otherwise things are going to be dull once Abominus is completed. At least for me, given that I don't intend to grab Elita-1 and her two team members.

Judging by how much Overlord is still clogging shelves at the local TRU, any Wave 3 and 4 Leader class is going to be on shelves until mid-2019 around where I live. rust me when I say 'how I wish I could find a use for these spare Overlords' because they are shelf-warming like crazy and, with PotP having even LESS Leader-class mold variety it will only get worse.

Edit: Man, I kinda wish Optimus would have had at least one recolor of some type now rather than get repacked a whole lot. There can't be that much need for a Leader-class Optimus at this point, right?

^ Wow, I saw Overlord ONCE at a walmart. Granted there were 4 of them, but they went quick.If I had not jumped on it right away, my only other opportunity would have been HTS. I don't think my local TRU stores ever got Overlord. Pretty much all TR is gone except a couple walmarts that have the last of the wave 4 repack on clearance, a couple Quakes and Twinfernos still hanging around.

Here near Montréal it's still full of Overlords and Six Shot in Toys R Us. Kinda regret not getting a Black Sky Shadow, however...

oh, you are in Canada like WJ. That explains a lot (not in a negative way, just making an observation...) that market gets way more toys on the shelves for reasons discussed in the past at length

Yes, it explains a lot. Like how Wave 1 only hit around the last few weeks. We get more, sure, but later and it tend to stick around longer and turn into a clogfest in later waves, judging by Combiner Wars and Titans Return.

Still kicking myself in the nuts for not stocking up on CW stuff but at the time I wasn't back into collecting Transformers: I was hunting down G2 Bionicle stuff. Such a shame it went out with a wimper.

Was there a missed opportunity by Hasbro in not including deluxe figures of Thundercracker and Skywarp to be able to combine with Starscream? Along with Dreadwind and Darkwing they could have made a Decepticon jet combiner. Or do most fans prefer the seekers to all be the same size?

I'd say it's 50/50. Personally I would not have minded deluxe seekers with a Voyager Starscream because, while I get that the original toy version was just a fellow seekers, his sheer importance to the plot and story arcs of several incarnations of the series has (at least in my eyes) 'elevated' him to leader of the seekers as a whole.

But I guess if I ever see shelf-warming Starscream I could just paint up a Voyager Thundercracker and Skywarp! And Sun Storm. And Acid Storm. And Ion Storm. And Red Wing. And Hotlink and...

You know what? Maybe Deluxe Seekers are better!

Any unused head is a missed opportunity. I'm glad Inferno gets to be released, I wonder if more will follow, like possibly the upcoming Counterpunch.

And yeah, same size Seekers is ideal, preferably Deluxe, but if one has to be bigger, it has to be Starscream.
