Seems like Hasbro is throwing in more weapons/ gimmicks which makes the cost more justified. I know he has a bit of back kibble but there aren't many that don't. I'm sure they could put a bit more engineering in to resolve this but I'm sure they would pass the cost on to us. Be reasonable here and just be happy you're not getting another repaint or something.
Thank you, Hasbro, for giving us some fresh stuff. I'm sure that someone here will realize how much effort you've taken to keep the fans happy. Reworking tooling and dies in the plant to accomodate us is appreciated, not to mention the cost of the concept artists, designers, and engineers required to make these a reality. Really...THANK YOU.

I'm assuming that they fold up to the shoulders, like the Cyberverse version.

What do you mean "when we finally get to see it?" We already saw it at NYCC.

He's not a Leader. He's a Weaponizer. Weaponizers are not what Hasbro calls them because of the gimmick like Powerizers & Revealers; Weaponizer is the official class name.

We haven't seen the bot mode yet, I suspect is what he means. That, or he's just been living under a rock.

Except that Weaponizers aren't eve nat the same pricepoint as Leaders. They're priced at the Ultra pricepoint, despite being in the Leader scale. That Bot wrote:PrymeStriker wrote:Manterax Prime wrote:Now, if the leader Magnus is a Beast Hunters mold

The terms can be used interchangeably, official name or not.

Did they sack all the capable designers and engineers, or are the good ones being forced to under work their skills? They had a valid excuse with movie toys. The films wanted a more complex real transformation that couldn't be done fully in plastic-cool. But Prime? A little back and fourth with toy and show designers could've helped. I'm not saying I want complexity, a simple transformation that acheived everything it needs to would be better than cheap, un-clever cheats. Prime's show designs aren't that complex, it's just layness. Prid Powerizer Prime, whilst not the best figure, is pretty damn close and doesn't cheat. A bit of co-op between show and toy designer and both could've met in the middle making a toy that looked like the screen character.
We haven't seen him yet, but I bet for all the cheating Beast Prime does he doesn't look any closer to the show version then prid Prime does.
And now MP's are doing it. (red alert)
Why not go action master stylie and pack a robot and a car in the same box-why bother transforming at all.
