that's fine, not really into movie toys anyway. I'm really only interested in TR, and *maybe* some of the RiD combiners depending on how well they are engineered.

Also, someone on another site brought up an interesting point...wanted to bounce off you guys.. Has Hasbro ever had three Transformers toy lines all fully supported simultaneously (not counting Rescue Bots).

Someone speculated that TR was basically *done* with the exception of Trypticon, and all we would see at ToyFair would be TLK and RiD toys...I initially blew this off, but then I thought back to 2014, and the flood of AoE toys that hit, especially at TRU. They speculated that "Power of the Primes" would not begin until late fall of 2016 after hype for the new movie had died down. Sorry, trying not to panic, but does anyone have any thoughts on this?

I mean I wasn't collecting at the time, I knew about the 30th anniversary line but...did it end before AoE came out? or did it somehow weather the storm? Even still, back in 2014 there were only 2 lines -AoE & Generations 30th line (TF Prime was done IIRC)...Sorry just trying to make sense of all this, *hoping* TR still has 2 waves left to be revealed.

Even though we got a new Tankor toy just a few years ago, how would people fee, about a new Tankor made from TR Hardhead?

Not really especially since some AOE toys were part of the actual Thrilling 30 list. You can see Prime, Movie and gen stuff on there and even MPs (so 4 lines supported all at once):

Independence Day for us in America is July 4th. The movie starts on July 1st and ends on July 4th. so they call it ID4.

Ha!. As an outsider to 'merica, it was quite confusing there for a sec. And now with that becoming a franchise qith sequel bait, I wonder how they will one day abreviate the 4th film

But all jokes aside, I am really curious as to how they will abreviate the next Mission Impossible film, without outright saying that Ethan Hunt is 'Merica James Bond.

In any case... it'd be pretty fitting. I think I'd prefer a Tankor Titan Master to go with Quake, mind.

Nah...just his ever so subtle way to say get back on topic methinks . Anyway I think its a good fit, although TR seems to be focusing on original series for the moment. I known there's a lot of speculation about Tidal Wave from Broadsides, but until I actually see it, I'm sticking with the idea that TR will mostly be based on Original Series characters.

The shapes from Hard Head would all make sense to make up a Tankor, but honestly I wouldn't go for it. Especially with Quake on the horizon. Save Tankor for the next Beast Machines reboot.

A non-G1 character retool in a non-anniversary Generations line isn't without precedent - we did get Armada Megatron in CW.

Na, I dont need another hardhead retool. The only thing I would like maybe would be the original Mega toy done in show accurate colours. As you all know by now, I really dont think that Gen tankor is a decent replacement for the original toy.

Change his hands for his pincers and I'd be down with that. Love me some Tankor I do.

And... is that Crashbash's.... partner thing repourposed and half transformed to be a diagnostic drone? Works from the front, shame about any other angle.

Or, rather, Takara wouldn't bother with Tidal Wave at all.
Hasbro tends to go for toy-accuracy so I'd guess they'd go with green.

Has takara proper actually used the same mold more than once? if we ever get tidal wave, i think it will be just from hasbro.
