o.supreme wrote:I mean I wasn't collecting at the time, I knew about the 30th anniversary line but...did it end before AoE came out? or did it somehow weather the storm? Even still, back in 2014 there were only 2 lines -AoE & Generations 30th line (TF Prime was done IIRC)...Sorry just trying to make sense of all this, *hoping* TR still has 2 waves left to be revealed.

I thought of R Lee first, but Kup's really not THAT harsh, at least in the versions I've seen/read. He at least has sympathy for his fellow Autobots. But anyway, ID4 is short for Independence Day (1996) the film with Will Smith, Bill Pullman etc...

Why is there a 4 in the shortened version?

cuz..merica...
I guess somebody thought it was a cool way to combine the terms "Independence Day" and "July 4th" --- and as a way to differentiate the title of the film, from the National Holiday. I dont't know... I didn't make it up...stop questioning me...jeez...(j/k)

Even though we got a new Tankor toy just a few years ago, how would people fee, about a new Tankor made from TR Hardhead?

Well I am Australian. It's kinda what we're known for.
o.supreme wrote:Nah...just his ever so subtle way to say get back on topic methinks . Anyway I think its a good fit, although TR seems to be focusing on original series for the moment. I known there's a lot of speculation about Tidal Wave from Broadsides, but until I actually see it, I'm sticking with the idea that TR will mostly be based on Original Series characters.

Independence Day for us in America is July 4th. The movie starts on July 1st and ends on July 4th. so they call it ID4.

So we wont be getting any reactions or descriptions either. The only thing we know is that they revealed all the movie toys they have to show. But we knew we would see these at Toyfair anyways.

A certain epic series gave us a little taste of what a Tankor from Hardhead might look like.

It's referred to as ID4R... no joke.
Also trying to stay on topic...If we did get a Tidal Wave from Broadsides, what color scheme would be preferred- the Purple or Green? Of course knowing Hasbro they'd make the green one, and TT would use the Purple color scheme.
