So I guess Hasbro is just recycling one of their old trademarks then like RID.

Well, I gave in and bought one LAST TF in 2016. Yesterday December 31th.

TR voyager Megatron.



This thing have trouble tabbing together securely, but it's engeneering is clever ands better than Generations Blitzwing. My only true complain design wise is the tank turret dont tuck anywhere inside the jet, making a huge undercarriage. Nevertheless, it's one SWEET jet and it's a shape I longed to see Megatron in for a long time.



It also look very nice in a "G1" Megatron display. I may even get the reprolabels for it.

Been slacking. I got a tat'd Rodders a few weeks ago, and the latest TM's before Xmas.

I actually already have an E-Hobby Black Hotrod (still sealed). Odd fact though, he comes with stickers only suitable to the standard red Rod. There was a set of wicked Decepticon Repro's made for him, but they're long gone and might even be more rare than the figure itself. So I found one with them slapped on already for an awesome deal. Bought!





And of course, the TR's. Another fun batch, and hijinx ensued at the Shack

I got Legends Arcee for Christmas, and she's awesome. One of my favourite figures actually.

I also got UW Computron...who is NOT one of my favourite figures. I was suspicious the moment I opened him, from Scattershot's appallingly bendy wing plastic. But anyway, I tried combining him and pegged Nosecone's drill into the shoulder port (I had Nosecone as an arm)...and when I tried to take it off, the sodding drill peg snapped right off.

I'm never buying official combiners ever again. Quantron it is I suppose.

Damn, that really sucks, man. You have to have the worst luck with the combiners. For Scattorshot's wings, I think the flexible plastic was an intentional choice. With all the "holes" in the wings, a harder plastic would have lead to stress points and likely some breakage, especially when the whole wing get folded back during transformation. They were definitely weird to get used to. No excuse for the drill peg, that should be one of the strongest parts.

I still have my UW Computron in the box as I haven't gotten around to opening it yet. This post has me a little worried....

A little late to the party, but I finally opened Computron the other day and found time to go through all the transformations. I'm relieved that there are no QC issues with mine. I really like the figure, and it's easily my favorite Autobot combiner.

Nosecone is by far my favorite limb of the set. The big drill is just awesome. Strafe is probably a close 2nd. Makes me wish I had UW Blastoff. I was worried about hating Lightspeed since I'm not a fan of the mold. Maybe it's the color, but I actually like it. Scattershot and Afterburner are ok. And combined mode is also awesome.

WJ88 has asked me to try and hunt down a Walgreens Brainstorm for him. No Brainstorms today, but I found Twinferno.
Also, this city is so sloooooooooow to restock after Xmas. The shelves are bare, but Target had a freshy case of RID Legions.

Twin fern doesn't tickle me much, but I got those two legions myself a couple weeks ago, and I'm a big fan. I'm absolutely loving the RID legion line.

The Botcon Rainmakers? That is an excellent and underrated set of figures.

Yes, the latest reissue of the full TRU set. Soundwave is very cool, and the tapes are alright, but Ravage . . . man, Ravage.
This is my first time with MP Soundwave, having never found him at retail and never even briefly considering the aftermarket prices.
