Yes, it was always that late, same as the pre-order date on the site

No response they might realistically give will give me what I actually want, which is to be able to buy Springer from them right now. Plus, there's a likelyhood they'd reprimand or punish the employees at that store, and I don't want anyone there to be punished for such a small mistake as accidentally putting something on the shelf that shouldn't have been yet.

You could at least get an answer from Hasbro as to why the streetdate is even there in the first place, and an answer from Target as to why they're abiding by it when their biggest competitor isn't. Don't want to get someone in trouble? Just tell Target you've heard this is happening, don't name the specific store or anything.

Given how many people have experienced the streetdate problem, I'd be surprised if someone hasn't already tried to contact Hasbro or Target about it, and given that we haven't gotten word of an explanation for the streetdate, I'm guessing the answer wasn't really clear or meaningful. Plus, contacting customer service of any kind is incredibly draining for me. I'll just wait for the streetdate to pass or get Springer online.

Self check-out is your friend. Take Springer and another voyager up to self checkout. Scan the other voyager, put springer in your bag. Now you have a springer

Short Circuit wrote:I got Jetfire in and man, Commander class feels like the old surpreme class! I felt like a kid opening his armada Unicron again. He's nice and hefty. Totally met my expectations. I love that he can fit 2-3 titan masters and the fireblast effects look great as he towers over the 84 cast.

Meijer had them on clearance for $4.19 and Micromasters for $6.99.
Was surprised to see this. I picked up one more each of Firedrive and Blowpipe just for the blast effects.

Mine is at home right now waiting for me. Where else can you put the titan masters besides the cockpit?

The rear cockpit/fastpack has two slots that look like they can accommodate titan masters (possibly depending on their head mode sculpt) in Jet mode. If you pull up on the backpack like you do for transformation you can place them in.

Besides, that's not really Fracas in the Phantomstrike set. It's Premium Firedrive. It was supposed to be something of a Fracas, looking at the back of the box, but the dinks at HasTak botched it.

Everybody should complain to both Hasbro and Amazon - and probably cancel their order if they've ordered it.

I think either they wanted to paint him, and realized it was unpaintable, or something happened with the tooling where black wouldn't work QC wise. Nothing some black plastic dye can't fix. Plus we can keep his arms grey for toy accuracy.
