Let's try it like this...

Let's say that the Cons/Preds are trying to take a sector and that there are 400 total eligable missions and that they all qualify (just to make things simpler)

Now lets say that each faction was involved in 100 fights against it's 2 oposing factions

Now if the Cons win 55% of all their fights, the Bots 45% of theirs, the Maxis 50% and the Preds win 60% of all the fights they were involved in then the Preds could be given the sector.

See, until we have a larger players base, the beast factions will never bee able to actually participate in, let alone win, more missions than the Mech factions, but they could possibly win a higher percentage of the missions they're actually involved in.

By everything I've seen it will still be rare that the Beast factions pull this off, but it'll be a nice incentive to get more beasties participating. (IMHO)

I wasn't sure...

Your numbers implied to me that you were thinking that only bouts between the Mechs counted toward their percentage and that the Beast factions percentage only related to missions between the two beast factions.

Thus I attempted to clarify incase there was any question.

My bad. :oops:

But yes, I like this idea as it eliminates the problem of numbers from the equation. Until the beast factions get more members, I say we go with this.

I say we should go with Bun-bun's idea. This way there is a small chance that one of the beastie tribes would win a sector. Because if we went with the most wins, Decepticons would win every thing....
