I clicked on the picture of the G2 yellow Dinobot, to be fair. I tend to ignore the "Whoever Exclusive" part of any thread title. Even Amazon, with their Franchised "pass the buck" BS. Because it is meaningless to anyone outside the US.

OK, attention third-party companies: I want a headband and legwarmers for that Sideswipe. My first thought when I saw him was those neon leotards that women used to wear on exercise shows in the 80's.

I checked a bunch of Walmarts after work today, no luck on the Toxitron collection. I want the whole capsule.

Am I the only one who finds the tampos on Sideswipe to be similar to those tacky designs on tshirts in beach themed souvenir shops?

The US is first at being able to make the following statement: all toys from the exclusive Unreleased G2 line (aka Toxitron line) have been found at retail. Of course, it may not be instantaneous for every location, but now is definitely the time to check at your local Walmart. For a quick recap, Grimlock was found first, followed by Cloudcover over the week-end. The deluxes were found in the beginning of the week and now we have multiple sightings of Toxitron also being found. And that coincides with Toxitron shipping from Hasbro Pulse as well. Based on what we know is in this line (both announced and unannounced), this is the entire line.

We have video reviews for you below if you want to know more of these toys before getting them. The ones without listings, like Grimlock, are said to be available for preorder this Friday from both Walmart and Pulse, as they will be revealed as part of SDCC.

In terms of case contents, it seems the leader and Cloudcover are shipped in solid cases (so all the same toy in each case) but for the the deluxes, it is a pack of 8 and Sideswipe and Dead End are shortpacked while the others come 2 per case.

Which Walmart?! I'm in Salt Lake too!

1300 South and 3rd West. I went in a day later, and the box was still on a pallet. Checked inside and there were only 2 Laser Cycles, 1 Jazz and 1 Mirage left.

Yes, because they were never revealed officially. It's the same on Pulse and Walmart.com
They should be listed this Friday

It is weird that the toys that are supposed to be part of the SAME WAVE aren't revealed at the same time. Even weirder when the reveals are MONTHS appart.

I'm mildly optimistic. For Velocitron, I was able to spot Clampdown on a couple of occasions. Cosmos was nigh impossible to find because it was not only shortpacked, but also a brand new mold and highly desirable.

Dead End being the only one of this lot I want...Yes being shortpacked is a challenge, but the fact that all of these are repaints, and not one of them is really "brand new" gives me some slight hope of finding one in the wild. If Walmart does do online pre-orders I'll try it, but nothing yet that I've seen.

I think tomorrow is the official street date even if it isn't being blocked out in the store computers. I'm going to check first thing in the morning and if that fails I'll see if I snag them when they go online.

I have secured all 4 of the other deluxes, and my Toxitron, Cloudcover, and Jazz were charged as well. so capsule wise, I only need to worry about Grimlock now!

I will be really happy to give poor G2 Dragstrip a buddy. and Dead End is my favorite Stunticon, so I will be happy with getting him.

Yep, gone in less than 30 minutes.

Hadn't even seen the Pulse email, I had been refreshing the page since 11am (the email came at 12:10pm).

I guess I'll stick around and order the Amazon figures too, though I've never had an issue with their exclusives (aside from mixing up their products).

With Walmart and online, I would:
1 - Not trust them to put them up at a logical and expected time where the bots won't buy them out before anyone even knows they are up (or never put them up at all like Cosmos); and
2 - Not trust them to fulfill the order in any timely fashion if at all.

I'd recommend hitting the stores later at night when the pallets of things to be stocked are out. That is how I found Cosmos. Never saw him on a peg, was just lucky eoungh to spot a case on the pallet one time. It was that store's first case. a week later that had at least 4 more cases ont he pegs all sans Cosmos and Clampdown of course.

Well, as expected there's still no new listings of the remaining deluxes Sideswipe and Mirage at Walmart.ca.
Furthermore, ALL the G2 transformers instantly sold out. Thank God I manage to snatch up a Cloudcover as Legacy Nacelle was announced.
(For me, Legacy Nacelle will be "Cybertronian Cloudcover".)

Walmart did charged my card for Cloudcover, but the shipping is yet to be confirmed. I do hope my order will not be cancelled at the last second.

Cloudcover arrived on my doorstep the other day to be part of my Seeker army. When I once more have a display for a Seeker army.

Glad I got him. I mean I'd rather have am F15 Sunstorm right now, but I like that I have this guy too. He has a really unique color scheme for a Seeker even if we already have a few "blue guys".

If I see Toxitron I'll get him, but he's a maybe with my budget being what it is.
