Scalpers can shove it where the sun don't shine.

I wouldn't compare this to Origin Bee. For a lot of us Walmart didn't restock the Netflix lines after the initial stock so if you missed the popular figures you never saw them. Then there was all the Walmart.com cancelations that just compounded the issue. Smyth's might be getting full cases of Cosmos but it's unlikely Walmart will since they're the ones that wanted him at one per case in the first place. Unfortunately scalpers might be the best way to get him for a lot of people just like Netflix Bumblebee. We'll see, but considering how quickly the Legacy beasts are selling out I'm not particularly optimistic, not in my area anyway.

I did stop by a couple Walmarts today, one of them got a case of Scourge and a case of Override, so they are getting case packs of specific figures. Only time will tell if we see cases of Cosmos come in. Also those Legacy Beasts arnt selling out where I'm at.

Scourge is the only leader so he would be a solid case. Are there mixed cases of Override and Hauler?
In my area the Legacy beasts sell out in about a week after stocking, my local Walmart has restocked 2 times from being completely sold out, there's currently just one Nightprowler and one Sandstorm.

Wow, never realised how the Legacy beasts sell out so quickly over in the US. Here, I see them at work all of the time. We barely seem to be able to get rid of them!

There is supposed to be a mixed Voyager case of 2 Overrides and 1 Hauler, yes, it's been mentioned in the articles.grimdragon2001 wrote:not sure if there are mixed cases for the voyagers
ZeroWolf wrote:CyclonusG1 wrote:I don't understand why try scalp something like that. I know it's a Walmart exclusive in the states but at least in the UK and, I'm guessing a good portion of Europe, there's a number of retailers who will be carrying them. Smyths have got them now (we've already had restocks of Override and Hauler) and IndemandToys have said they'll have them if they haven't already.
I expect there's going to be quite a decent amount of stock if they're able to get them to a number of UK retailers and the JP releases will likely be like the Netflix stuff which ended up showing on a lot of JP goods stores online.
He may be a challenge to get now, especially from what I hear about Walmarts seemingly poor store distribution but give it a bit and he should be relatively easy to get, surely?
But I guess scalpers are going to scalp and try take advantage of new product just to get that early profit before it becomes easy to get.
Also, while it'll probably come out as a slight repaint or with different accessories in a multipack, I doubt they're going to lock Cosmos behind that exclusive line for good. A lot of people have waited a while for a good new Cosmos it'd make no sense (plus gotta get that mold usage up to make up for the cost of a new mold being made in the first place)
Pretty much this ^

Its kind of like Basic Instinct, but not in a good way...
Goddammit, now I can't unsee it.
First-Aid wrote:Okay, so I guess I'm a little confused. Is this the ONLY Override we are getting in Legacy or is there going to be a non-exclusive version that will be distributed to other retail chains?

Mine too, though nothing for Override or Scourge yet. I guess we're just getting the Deluxes right now.

The Velocitron deluxes were dated to ship 8/1/22 from Hasbro Pulse, and that seems to be happening on schedule. The voyagers and Black Convoy are date for 8/31/22, though, so we’ve got a month to go yet.
Pulse says/said September for Scourge and the Voyagers, but it also always said Deluxes would ship today. No clue on Walmart.com.chuckdawg1999 wrote:When is Walmart.com supposed to ship? I thought Pulse said September.
