I forsee an interesting dilemma for the Maximals and Predacons...
Ally with our ancestors against eachother and be ignored?
Or ally with eachother to run the obsolete Energon guzzlers off our planet?
I guess it will depend on just how intractable the two sides are.

I'm gonna be going back to the 'bots so I can FINALLY have the Fort Max alt and I'd hate to loose the Hardhead alt. Heck I haven't done a reset on Blastcharge Maximus since I became a Decepticon couple of years ago.

Silver Wind and I have wanted this for years and we are very pleased that it will be an faction option in v2. Beast Wars is the series that introduced us to Transformers. It had action and humorous parts, but the most important aspect, for me, was its intelligence and willingness to explore philosophical issues. The Maximal faction was both idealistic yet practical, even jaded at times. The blurb for their background story in v2 complements this, and I am actually excited.
Of course, Goribus going Predacon makes it even better. Silver Wind is really missing the target-practice sessions with her sledgehammer... so she's been using me...

I had given this A LOT of thought and have decided to go Maximal (as you may be able to tell from my sig). I was going to go Con again but I think we have enough Cons in the game already. There are other reason of course, one being that BW is my favorite series, but I won't get into that right now.

It's also nice to know that a few familiar names are choosing the Maximal faction, since there's nothing better than kicking enemy afts -- I'm looking at you, Goribus -- with your buddies. Well, almost nothing. Laying the smackdown alongside your twin is even better.

but if the Preds #'s are still this low come V2,i may have too join them too help them out,they look like the smallest faction thus far,and the less #'s mean more targets,and better XP. i wanted to go con in V2 to get the terrorcon alts,but if the Poll is anything like the true #'s then the Preds would need more #'s. but we will see.
