2 points in endurance or 2 points into rank so that I can get I can apply 10 points of Duranium

I honestly haven't done much with Armor in a long time. If you're going with 10 on the Duranium that would easily counter 2 points of Endurance.

Was not sure. I know that one counters tactics and the other normal damage, but I also read on a few posts that some armor /enough armor will mitigate some damage to both tactics and normal damage. Wasn't if Duranium would work towards this or not.

You might want to take in to consideration if you are using a rammer. Since STR works with ram, using the 10 points in that would add to the ram not just to how much armor you can carry.
When I choose a weapon, I keep in mind which tactics I'll use and choose a weapon that works with those stats rather than choose stats that will give me a weapon.

I've tested 4 and 6 points into intelligence and got my smart ass kicked.
I've noticed better mitigation off of End and Armor however.

Well, I can honestly say that I have not done it on any large scale. I have done it by itself, and on 2 courage. Looking at your builds I see you have one or two points.
