Worst thing -to me- would be that we only get a toy of Grimlock. Snarl (the Stegosaurus, not the UK-friendly Triceratops) and Sludge need an update, dammit!
As long as dinosaurs are involved, I really don't care what Bay does with the Dinobots. They've already been LOOSE-CANNON BADDASSES THAT DON'T PLAY BY THE RULZE!! and dumb, silly comic relief (neither of which I really care for), I daresay anything else would be a vast improvement.

Funny thing is the Dinobots would fit right up Bay's alley. Dumb comic relief. But hey, you know the fan base. If Bay and Co. made them the dumb comic relief they'd find some way to say he ruined them.

They'll be the dumb comic relief, let me expand on that.
Knowing Bay, he'll have them be so utterly stupid that they forget about the fact that they can transform, then be all like "Me transfoms? Me so stupid durr", then they transform and start humping each other while shouting obscenities at each other, the Autobots, the Decepticons, the humans, and the surroundings. Then they get shot in the crotch and die.
