More of a continuation of
this rumor item than a new one,
Tformers reports that the rumored Beast Wars Magnaboss reissue has been either delayed or cancalled:
According to BO-YA Rakuten Shop, the Transformers Beast Wars Reborn Magnaboss has been postponed or discontinued. Translated red text reads as follows:
"Due to the possibility of the sales postponement or discontinuance by the discretion of the manufacturer, reservations/pre-orders have been discontinued at this time."
The Magnaboss reissue rumor has been debunked earlier: there was no official announcement from Takara, nor was there any source that would support the existance of such a reissue.

Sky TV Guide has posted a strange listing on their website. They have listing for Transformers Energon. It has time slot for 1pm on Monday March 6, and then repeated at 00:00 on Tuesday morning. This contradicts a story posted yesterday
here. More then likely this is just a mistake made by the
Sky TV Guide.

AFX (Action Figure Express) has three new listings for First 4 Figures statues that have not been reported until now. AFX has listings for G1
Bludgeon,
Swoop, and
Jetfire. (Click on each name to see the listings). None of these listings have photos and we have seen listings in the past for new products that turn out to be false or that never come out. So this is just a rumor for now until it is confirmed officially by First 4 Figures or Hasbro.

In an interview posted at the Newsarama forums (which you can read
here), Simon Furman discuss his current projects. Of interest is his current work for IDW's Transformer titles, of which he says the following:
Right now, I’m very busy, with Death’s Head for Amazing Fantasy, about three Transformers titles for IDW, and a ton of UK comics work.
To date, Furman's name has only been attached to two titles (the G1 "Infiltration" series and the Beast Wars "The Gathering" mini-series), and the only new series to be announced ("Transformers: Evolutions, previously reported about
here) is being written by Chuck Dixon.
What project could Furman be working on? A one shot story? Finishing the Energon/War Within: Age of Wrath arcs? We don't know right now, but we hope to hear something soon.

Type-R of
TFW2005 has made a interesting discovery. He found an intriguing image on the Golden Disc that accompanies Takara's Beast Wars Reborn-01. It appears to be an image of Hasbro's Beast Wars 10th Anniversary Optimus Primal and Megatron. However the image is only the shadow of figures (though it is almost clear they are Hasbro's Beast Wars 10th Anniversary Optimus Primal and Megatron) and their is no official word from Takara as to if the images really are images of who they appear to be, if they are to be released by Takara, and will there be a different color scheme from Hasbro's if they are released. Stay tuned for further updates.

here to see the image in question.
Update:
the TF Image board have put up this further image which also appears to be from the Golden Disk DVD. This image clearly shows an outline and some detail of the new Hasbro moulds. See it
here!

Our own Nac has recieved word from a supplier that Blaster and THS-02 releases have been delayed. Here is what Nac had to say:
"I have just been told by my supplier that Blaster will be released on the 21st of March. He also said THS-02 will be available in April. This may or may not be new info"
Currently this has not been officially confirmed by Takare yet so this may not be the case. The SEIBERTRON.com News Crew will keep you posted.

Our own Cbff found a listing for a Transformers Battle Case at
Target.com. Here is what he had to say:
"I found
this." while surfing through Target's online catalog. It says it's a carrying case for your Transformers, but it doesn't have a picture. Anyone hear anything about this?"
The listing has the item listed as out of stock at this time. Currently their is no official conformation about the Transformers Battle Case, but stay tuned for further updates from the news crew regarding this listing.

Amazon/Toys'R'Us.com has two new listings for 2007 Alternators. Here they are:
Transformers Alternators Acura 2007
Transformers Alternators Scion 2007
No word yet if these are official releases, just place holders for future Alternators, or just simply a mistake. Keep in mind we have seen a listing for a second Alternators Acura in the past. So pay attention to see if there are any changes in the near future, the news crew will keep you posted on any further developments.

Ruination04 of
TFW2005 has posted part of a newsletter from BBTS. Here is what the letter said:
"NEW TAKARA TRANSFORMERS - COMING SOON: Our suppliers in Japan have informed us that Takara will be announcing their April to June reissue releases sometime in the next week! Check back with us then, we'll list preorders minutes after receiving the info! (we have no idea what the new reissues will be at this point, sorry)"
This is interesting because sources which includes Takara itself has said that Takara will not be producing any new Transformer toys between April and July. Now there could be miscommunication within Takara itself so pay attention for any further developments!
