A few Seibertronians have made us aware of new in hand images of the first wave of Cyberverse deluxe figures due out January 1st. These images come from the
Hobbymizer Faebook page and feature Deluxe Optimus Prime, Shockwave, Megatron and Bumblebee. There are also images showing their scale where we see that they are indeed, as expected, the size of a deluxe Siege toy. They also have the same articulation and complexity as Siege figures and are priced the same. However, you get bonus pieces to build a non transforming Maccadam figure. The images show how well these figures are articulated.
And good news for Canadians, these have also been found in Canada now. Over at Cybertron.ca, we have a sighting from Matt McNally who found these figures at a Toys R Us in Burlington, Ontario.
Let us know what you think!

He's shown up at online retailers, we've had video reviews but now we finally have a sighting of the original Cybertronian ape himself, Siege Apeface! Seibertronian D-Maximal_Primal found him at a Targét in Robinson, Pennsylvania. Yours truly found him the same day at a Walmart in Centerville, Utah. Included below is D-Max's photo proof and unboxed figure, and I've included some comparison photos with my own G1 Apeface, and his Titans Return incarnation. While you're enjoying this Apefacefest, why not check out Seibertron's own, high-quality galleries of the triple-changer Horrorcon by
clicking here?
If you're out and about, and spot a new and/or anticipated figure, and there hasn't been a news item about it yet, just snap a picture as D_Max has done, and send it to us! Don't forget to post in your state's sightings forum as well, and let's see if we can get this figure into the hands of everyone who wants him.

Thanks to our friend
carytheone, we have news that the Movie Masterpiece MPM-7 Bumblebee has been spotted for a discounted price at a Ross in Louisiana. Carytheone located this particular MPM-7 Bumblebee at a Ross along with some Power of the Primes legends figures and some remaining Titans Return Trypticon figures. Bumblebee has a price tag of $49.99, which is $30 lower than his initial $79.99 price tag when he was released last year.
Bumblebee is based on the body Bumblebee used for the majority of the Bumblebee movie, which came out last December, though he does have the signature Movie Bumblebee wings that the VW Bee did not have. The figure is a pretty decent figure despite the inaccuracies, incorporating some fun weapons and features that he used in the movie, and even some he did not.
So head on out to your local Ross', TJ Maxx, and Marshalls, and let us know what you find for sale this holiday season!

Toysrus Canada really wants to be the destination for fans and parents shopping for toys this season. Not only did they get the big Target exclusives over here but they are the first in Canada to have the final figures from the Siege line such as Apeface and the Micromaster combiners. They now have the first toys from the 2020 Cyberverse line, the new Whirl and Bludgeon One Steps. The image below comes from a Toysrus in the province of Quebec. Those were $14.99 a piece. You can see our own review of Bludgeon
here and Whirl
here.
Toysrus also has Transformers deals for Black Friday. The major discounts are for last year's Bumblebee line. Those are being discounted 50%. All other Transformers figures are discounted 20%. You can see the ad below.

While this is for an audience younger than most fans coming ot this site, Hasbro was rather excited about these new Mega Mighties toys. This was a line where all the big names from their various toy lines would be reinterpreted as cute super deformed action figures for kids. These were a more stylistic take than their Titan heroes which were rather static looking and expressionless. While Hot Shot and Bumblebee were part of the first batch, we are getting new Transformers themed toys with Optimus prime and Rescue Bots heatwave. Not all retailers have these yet as they are rather new. Optimus and heatwave were found at Walmarts in Canada, as part of a new Rescue Bots display for the holiday season. Optimus is also available on
Amazon.com for $11.99..
You can see stock images and a image of the Walmart display below.

While some fans wait for discounts before buying toys, that usually works better for mainline figures since exclusives are dependent on that one retailer carrying them. Fellow Sibertronian Cobotron brought us some pretty good news on that front since right now, the Walgreens exclusive Ratchet is available at 25% off. So are the Cyberbattalion figures, which are also exclusive to Walgreens. This deal is only available to those who have a Walgreen's Balance Rewards card. Still, might be worth the hassle since few people can say they got a Ratchet for only $14.99.
Cobotron wrote:For anyone who has a Walgreen's Balance Rewards Card, there is a pretty nifty deal going on until Nov 23rd.
Not sure if this is nationwide or not, but if you're still hunting for their exclusive Ratchet, now might be the time to hunt one down.

While the Americans had all the fun with their Jetfire deals yesterday, Canada is not exactly empty handed. Right now,
Siege Jetfire is $86 on Amazon.ca, which is 33.6% off what Toysrus is selling the toy at right now ($130 CAD). Speaking of Toysrus, a lot of new toys arrived. The most exciting would be Apeface who was found in Ontario. For Botbot enthusiasts, series 3 has finally hit Canada with the 5 packs (I FINALLY got my Rubber Ducky!). The latest (and so far last) wave of Cyberverse warrior toys also hit. This is the one that includes Jetfire and Drift. Also from Cyberversem the two pack of Starscream and Optimus was found at Toysrus. The specific images below come from a Toysrus in Montreal, Quebec.
Also, while it was available on Amazon before, the elusive legion class Cliffjumper from the Bumblebee movie is being found in Toysrus stores as well.

With the holidays right around the corner, it is about time for Transformers to start showing up en masse in every store that will take them, some of them new, some of them old. And the old would be what was found today.
Thanks to yours truly, we have news that several items from the Bumblebee movie toyline have made their way to TJMaxx/Marshalls. TJMaxx/Marshalls are discount stores that usually take in older overstock and sell it for a reduced price compared to other stores. Among the items found at TJMaxx this afternoon was the Nitro Series Blitzwing, the roughly voyager-sized figure of Blitzwing that comes with the engine block to power your figures. He was found for $9.99. Sharing the shelf with him were the Bumblebee arm cannon interactive play item and the DJ Bumblebee figure.
The final item found was an oddity: a Bumblebee Movie Voice Changer Mask Sqweeks. Much like other kids voice-changer masks, this helmet is designed to be wore by kids and speak, using Sqweek's voice. This is such an oddity since this mask was featured in The Last Knight marketing, and also made its way into the Bumblebee toyline, but received very little mention in any media, and it appears that it sat and is now making its way to the discount stores.
So with these sightings in mind, keep an eye on your discount stores, and let us know what you find!
