Air Asia is a Malaysian budget airline company. This item is from Air Asia/Hasbro and is on sale through their flight shop.
This is a 2 GB USB drive, with Autobot logo on one side and Decepticons on the other.
When plugged in, Autobot logo with LED will light up.

i checked out the website and it costs about 69.00 myr, which is about 20 us dollars not including shipping. pretty steep for 2gb if you ask me, but still a cool collectible.
btw, the website shows that the item is sold out, but it does have other TF merchandise available.

well, this is kinda late 
the Airasia TF promotion items was released as a Movie promotion here (I'm in Indonesia, btw)
yes it cost around 20us for a 2Gb rubber encased usb drive, and only purchasable from the in flight catalog
