I saw these earlier on actually and i honest couldn't believe it. They are just AWFUL looking. The combined alt modes is a joke, just looks like one is **** the other.

Would have been a great concept with the Clones I think, Cloudraker and Fastlane, and if they had one uniform color scheme.

I agree with this 100%. damn right jetfire deserves a bad-ass Animated homage. Perhaps a leader class mold. (Not of the same toy pictured lol.) I haven't been this disappointed in a TF in a long while.

woah what a load of crap i mean they look okay, im really disapointed with jetstorm cos i kind a liked him in bm but looking at their combined modes,... i felt sick , theyre elite guards aswell if anyone had noticed major letdown, hope hands at least fold out aswell

Wow, I'm actually quite disappointed.
While I find the seperate Vehicle modes to be perfectly fine, and tempting to purchase, on their own, the combined vehicle mode isn't so much combining as sitting one atop the other like awkward homoerotic flying car sex.

Individually the robot modes don't look horrible, but they suffer from being too thin. I feel they could do with thicker arms, specifically, and perhaps some more bulk in the thighs. Clearly they could also both do with having actual hands. Unless, in the animation, they have no hands and just guns. Might be kinda cool if that were the case.

The combined bot mode I like. More for the aspect of it borrowing one of the coolest Brave gimmicks, symmetrical docking, than for exactly how it looks. The face could be cooler, an actual "gestalt" head instead of two halves glued together, as it is. But, the biggest turn off, is the continued lack of hands. Feet don't quite suffice for hands. If they had them looking like hands, it'd be copacetic, but they still just look like feet.

Will I buy it? Maybe. The more I look at the pictures, the more they grow on me. The only truly worthless mode is the combined vehicle mode. Would have been better if one plugged in to the back of the other, like Darkwings or Victory Saber. I would, however, not turn it down if someone offered it to me. Still, needs better hands in general.

We knew of this concept waaay back when these were first mentioned. That's why we were expecting more from this set.

I went over the pictures again, I used the Windows magnifier, I blew 'em up in paintshop pro, etc.

They're even worse than these pictures show. What makes it suck even worse is that they're Elite Guard! My guess is these guys will appear on the show, which makes me a sad panda. I have since canceled my preorder on BBTS. I will wait and see what reviews give them, plus see what they look like on the shelves before I waste $20.00

Not at all impressed with either figure in any mode, the alt mode combination alone is cringeworthy.

Jetstorm and Jetfire better have the two best characters on the Animated show, I cant think of anything else that will sell these guys...

At least we now know that they are part of the Elite Guard...

People keep saying that it's possible they're mistransformed. While that's true, I doubt the pictures are far off the mark here. Sometimes a design is just bad, no matter how much work you put into it.

...i can foresee a bunch of issues with this to.. the first one that jumps out at me is the combined head.. anyone else think itll either not fit right or the paint app wont cover the edge down the middle...

Yeah, I don't get what everyone's problem with Oilslick is either. I love the small-hipped, glass-faced, sabre-clawed bastard.
